[casper] warnings from wideband-sma libraries

Hi all.

Loading the newest wideband-sma fork of the libraries gives us the
following warnings.  They seem serious...  :)

We're using 2012a and 14.3.  Do you think these are caused by that?  If
so, I'll upgrade...

Hi Tom,

If you look under the adc block at
test/adc083000x2/test_adc083000x2_adc0_user_outofrange what's that
gateway block being driven by? Is it something fishy-looking?
