[ccp4bb] Phaser error
I am attempting to solve a 28kDa protein structure by sulfur anomalous scattering in Phaser for EP (2.1.2). Phaser crashes immediately and I get the following error in the log file. [ccp4bb] SC-CYS-MET drop-out
Our lab had previously used SC-CYS-MET drop-out from Bio 101 Systems (Cat # 4420-322). We are interested to know of other companies that sell this drop-out.
