While we are working on the next CentOS-7 release (tag: 1503), a
majority of rpms to be included in this release have completed an
initial QA cycle and we feel they are ready to be deployed on machines
already running CentOS-7. While there might still be some small
changes in the content of these packages, typically we see a very low
churn. However, we do highly recommend that you try the package set
before deploying it into your production workloads.
In CentOS 7, the CR repo definitions are already included in the
latest centos-release file. You can check you have this by running
rpm -q centos-release, this should give you a single line of output
centos-release-7-0.1406.el7.centos.2.6.x86_64. If you have an older
release, you can update via yum update. At this point you

I have a cloned kvm (that I can now get started following a shutdown and reboot of the hypervisor host). When it starts with its original virtio disk there is no problem. If I create a virtio disk and add it via virt-manager it also boots without issue, although one cannot see the new 'physical' disk. If I shutodwon the kvm guest, partition the new virtio disk, and reboot the guest then I see this: Kernel panic - not syncing: Attempted to kill init! Are you trying to make the virtual root disk larger, or are you creating a new one, and just adding it the the VM, like mounting another drive on an existing system? Cesar creo que seria bueno snifiar la conexion (tcpdum) en el fw/proxy, creo que tus clientes están resolviendo antes la ip de los sitios y por lo tanto el filtro string no se aplica, en cambio cuando es explicito el proxy es el que resuelve el nombre. Que tal César Una consulta, todas las máquinas que deben ser bloqueadas son portátiles? Si no es así, por que no asignar manualmente el proxy de el navegador de las PCs de escritorio? Hi Alberto, With systemd it will be as easy as creating additional unit files ( one for each memcached instance) with its corresponding config file. That should allow to stop / start / restart each memcache instance individually while also being systemd compliant. Thanks for the info and for the examples. No yo en este caso probaría Linux(1.1.1.x) -- AP(1.1.2.x) -- Vendedores (1.1.2.x) Donde el AP sea el Gateway de Vendedores y estén obligados a salir por AP y Linux solo controla y da acceso a AP, en este caso cierras todo youte.com a AP y listo. AP sera server de DHCP para Vendedores. Se me ocurre lo siguiente 1- Crear una red Wifi para vendedores, que esté nateada con el IP del AP o Ap's disponibles. Restringir los sitios en las IP de los AP's y creo que eso funcionará crear una ruta de que cualquier acceso a la red esta permitido desde esos AP. Puede ser una solución. I do use a centos6 livecd, and that might very well cause the confusion. In the end, I was able to pull the data off the machine using Parted Magic, after spending a lot of time trying to chroot into the machine. They're not bad, but they make me nervous in a number of ways. * VM's should *always* be assigned stable, but unique MAC's for the network devices. This prevents the udev settings, and tendency of tools like NetworkManager and anaconda from being unable to configure network devices that they've stored hard-coded MAC addresses for. There is *no* GUI or built-in command line tool for clearing these, you have to do it by hand. You can now install EPEL with 'yum install epel-release, and unless you need tools that overlap with CentOS tools it's much safer. (I wrote the last few subversion RPM's for RPMforge, and have been waiting way too long for updates to be accepted.) * Frankly, the use of 'virt-install' with a --location setting to point to the online kernels from a relevant source repository, and some options to select a disk image size, seems to skip gracefully over all the manually build your disk image and manually edit your /etc/xen/[config] file.. Try my second suggestion - boot from the installer media, choose linux rescue, follow the prompts, then, when you get to a shell, df will show you the mounted filesystems, *and* their names.
