Maybe use a layout like the /HowTos page, with a into on the top, 
followed by sections that lead off into their own pages ?

One other thing... the page appears locked. Despite being a member of 
the Edit Group, I can't even view revisions :(

Please can someone (Ralph??) fix the ACLs?
