Upon checking, it appears that OpenShift on CentOS comes under the PaaS SIG domain. I have given you editorial access to the https://wiki.centos.org/SpecialInterestGroup/PaaS/OpenShift page and that should allow you to access all the pages below it. Dear Karan, I run a bunch of cobbler instances and have been working with the source code for that with plenty of patches. I'd be glad to help anyone along with a page on that if they want. Also, there are quite a few roles were 'koan' might be deployed to work with cobbler, a sub page, or a few on that might also be nice We are using Cobbler for massive deployment and Puppet for configuration management. I am also interested to contribute to such a page/section. Best Regards Marcus ___ CentOS-docs mailing list CentOS-docs@centos.org http://lists.centos.org/mailman/listinfo/centos-docs

And 5 would need a different treatment? Would we then create *and maintain* that article several times, for each Release? And what happens, when 6 comes out and the same is vailid for 6? In case 1 I'd just write this also applies to 6 - in case two I'd need to mangle the namespace. also - this page would need to be changed once the pkgs from move testing to plus/appstack Sure, I hope that Eric will stay on and add these changes :) Cheers, Ralph pgpGzNl9f46sb.pgp Description: PGP signature ___ CentOS-docs mailing list CentOS-docs@centos.org http://lists.centos.org/mailman/listinfo/centos-docs

Eric Schewe wrote: Thanks! I believe I've completed my page. Feel free to let me know what I've done wrong :) On the repo config - I'd suggest creating a separate CentOS-Testing.repo rather than adding to the existing CentOS-Base.repo, and no need to specify the editor (vim) and risk getting into religious arguments. :-) Use of the yum-priorities plugin and the implications of using includepkgs=php* in the repo config should be addressed. The php-mcrypt stuff is pretty ugly with the non-yum installation via wget and using rpm with --nodeps. Sorry that I don't have a cleaner solution to propose, but perhaps someone else may. By 'Nut' I did mean the UPS software and for TFTP a basic how to install and configure it. I didn't see an article for it on the Wiki. There have been a lot of questions lately on TFTP on the forum.
