I'd welcome information, too. I'd particularly like to understand why
enhanced networking has been so difficult for the CentOS 7 images
recently, I was recently asked to look at it.

I had stopped irqbalance yesterday afternoon, but had a hypervisor's
NICs fail anyway in early morning this morning, so I'm pretty sure this
is not the right tree to bark up.
