ok just 2 cents. worth almost nothing.
personally if you are going for the banner to be pix-elated seals
thing. do some more then others, vary it. work on it a little more.
the banner image over all looks like it just didn't download.

other then that it's pretty simple, which is good. may be a little to
much white.

for the one man pony show that most of us do, it is a waste of resources,

have 3 sets of die on my desk at work. roll a 20 sider every day just to
see how the code will pan out. yesterday was a 15
today i forgot to roll, so no code..

over all, d&d and gaming in general has benefited my life in countless way.
being able to sit in a room with 8 guys 3 days straight imaging shtff that
is not real prepared me for the corporate world. where i still dream of
riding off with the bar wench..

seriously though. i am of the christian persuasion, but LOVE d&d!
Just found out i have 2 connections to people at wizards of the coast. if i
had my dithers i would work for them in a second
thought no rule set can beat 2nd edition. the new rules are total crap

external hdd ntfs to raw

my external drive seems to have lost its directory info? it is now raw
format on windows 7
it was ntfs. i can still see it has used space. i just cant access files.

at one time i posted a command line here i thought i used to fix the
issue. i cant find it.
pretty sure it wasnt "chkdsk /r /p"

google is not helping.

any ideas i can try?

coldfusion localhost ie stopped working, proxy?

i was having a js issue.
so i deleted all browsing data. unprivate filetering et.
now i just get a diagnose connection issue in ie!!

ff is fine.
have tried adding http://127.0.0.1:8501 to my trusted list and bypass
proxy, but still nodda.
i remeber ther ewas some thing i needed to do in ie to get it to
render, but am blanking out..

any hel would be awsome!

got a 1 month trial to redbox streaming, but they don't have it.
a different monster story every week is what i like, its why i like dr who.
its what fringe could have been, but they went with the epic story like
x-files. and filed the same way imo.

simple short stories is what i have time for.

ipad 3g. pay as you go?

hey guys i got a used ipad on craigslist a while back for a trip and love
it.
My mom just sent me some cash to get my dad one for his bday.
they are snow birders and drive from ny to florida way of ohio, to see us.

any how.
is the 3g thing capable of only paying for it when you use it?
in reality a month of 3g would cover them down and back again.

otherwise they are wifi.

dumb i know. but i have googled it and cant understand if you can pause
service..

so i have a ipod or some such non sense. and enclosed a old mac hdd in an
external enclosure.
have like the best rated public library {vote yes on issue 4} in the nation
and have lately taken to ripping audiobook cd's to m4a.

now i am not sure how to back up my storage device? its only 150 gb.
but this will go on and on and on..
wth...

rossetta stone spanish

i know its a long shot, but does any one have access to the cd's Rosetta
Stone Spanish
would like to get lesson 1-5 for my dad. he is on a MAC, but might get him a
beater laptop if i can only find it on pc..

our nations #1 library has it. but i am 1603 in line to reserve it..
thanks for any ideas you may have. would actually like to do some thing
super special for them, but i am on a very tight budget, and work is beating
the living sh|t right out of me..

back story.
he retires at the end of November.
23 years air force, 2o some odd years faa. radar guy.
my mom and him bought a VERY small house in florida, so he is driving from
adk, ny to ohio for thanks giving here.
then to there new place for the winter FIRST TIME in the wild of florida..

so he wants to learn Spanish - latin american, to say hello to his neighbor.
invite there family over for bbq, and the like.
think this just gives him an excuse to keep his analytical mind in shape..

Halloween

Ok - long time no post.
no gmail @ work + Much stress + new baby + 9 year anniversary + blah Blah..

So to the topic. what are you all cooking up for costumes this year?
gonna go all out or just laugh at other people who tried a little more then
you did?

last year i went as a minor demon. headlamp, hard hat, horns, teeth. nothing
fancy, but it worked.
would LOVE to go around the block as Cthulhu, but cant figure out how to
make a good mask.

may just dress the baby up as something sickly sweet and call it a night..
