Hi! Quick poll: I'd like to install a lite, free, CFML editor onto a computer (not my main computer) where the editor is suitable for me to use my iPad to RDC to the computer and edit existing code. Suggestions? -- John Bliss - http://about.me/jbliss For the iPad, I'd suggest Textastic, it does code hinting, syntax highlighting, it has webDAV, ftp, email and dropbox integrated into it. When I have to code on the iPad, I usually use this app and a bluetooth keypad. You can download it here: http://www.barebones.com/products/textwrangler/ It also has syntax coloring for CFML. Notepad++ has a ColdFusion plugin, and it is kind of nice to have color coding. 1++ for Notepad++ I don't know if they fixed the plugin installer for the CF lexer but the last time I installed it I had to do it manually. The downloads are here.. You wont get a fully featured lite editor for free. But there are many text editors which will suffice. Well, this is not strictly for iPad. It'll be installed on a Windows PC and then I'll use the iPad to do a full-screen remote desktop to that PC.
