A spin on the classic Nigerian scam -- get you bank details
and begin impersonating you, and/or ask for an up-front payment to kick start
the transaction. In either case, stand well clear.

ESPIONAGE SCANDAL: daddy to the rescue
Essentially, Fitzpatrick and McNulty have had the
same group of "connected rooted aspens" (to paraphrase Scooter Libby) under
investigation for a number of years. The promotion of McNulty to number two at
DOJ and Fitzgerald's forthcoming major indictments are all indications that
the White House is coming under "new management," management directed by
Bush's father's team. The days of the neo-cons are truly
  numbered.http://www.waynemadsenreport.com/October
24, 2005 -- Another major espionage scandal brewing at the Pentagon? According
to Pentagon insiders, the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) has been the focus
of another espionage investigation. As with the espionage scandal involving
former DIA analyst Larry Franklin and the American Israel Public Affairs
Committee (AIPAC), the investigation of DIA has been plagued with external
political pressure because of the issue of possible dual loyalties of the
principal suspects. In the case of Franklin, the investigation involves
American citizens with close ties to Israel. In the other DIA matter,
  Chinese-Americans are the prime suspects.china-dia.jpg (3175
bytes)The Department of Defense, Department of Justice, DIA, Defense
Security Service, and the National Security Agency (NSA) have all reportedly
been involved in the cover-up of an investigation into the penetration of
DIA's critical counter-terrorism elements, including Able Danger, by at least
one individual suspected of links to Chinese (PRC) intelligence. The
Bush administration has actively downplayed the fact that U.S. intelligence
has been penetrated by Israeli and Chinese intelligence agents. However, the
White House spin machine has been successful in ensuring that the spy scandals
are "managed" properly. In the case of AIPACgate, the spin machine
malfunctioned as assuredly as it has with CIA Leakgate. Which brings us to the
newly-named Deputy Attorney General Paul McNulty. See following
article.October 24, 2005 -- Paul McNulty as Deputy Attorney General.
US Attorney for Eastern Virginia Paul McNulty has been described as a GOP foot
soldier. However, while serving as US Attorney for Eastern Virginia, McNulty
has been a thorn in the sides of the neo-cons. He aggressively investigated
and indicted Israeli Pentagon spy Larry Franklin and two former top officials
of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC). His investigation of
others involved in transmitting highly-classified intelligence to Israel
continues. However, what is not generally known is that, aside from
AIPACgate, McNulty, like US Attorney for Northern Illinois (and Special
Prosecutor in Leakgate Patrick J. Fitzgerald), aggressively pursued another
case against a group of neo-cons involved in a criminal conspiracy. As
with Fitzgerald, whose investigation of Hollinger (the neo-con news
conglomerate that owns the Chicago Sun Times, Daily Telegraph of the UK, and
Jerusalem Post) and one of its principals, Richard Perle, McNulty focused on a
neo-con cabal involved in a fraudulent US Air Force contract with Boeing to
supply it with refueling tankers. The Principal Assistant Secretary of the Air
Force for Acquisition and Management Darleen Druyun pleaded guilty to
accepting employment from Boeing in return for giving Boeing favorable
treatment for billions of dollars in contracts. Druyun served nine months in
  prison.Fitzgerald.jpg (2292 bytes) mcnulty.jpg (2401

2002A Senate Armed Service Committee investigation discovered that
former Air Force Secretary James Roche, another leading neo-con and ally of
Donald Rumsfeld, was actively favoring Boeing over a more competitive tanker
proposal from Airbus Industries. Rumsfeld tried to make Roche the Secretary of
the Army, but his nomination was withdrawn over the Boeing
scandal.Another reported focus of McNulty's investigation of the
neo-con cabal at the Pentagon was one-time Chairman of the Defense Policy
Board Richard Perle. Perle was a strong advocate for the Boeing tanker lease.
In their investigation of the fraudulent Air Force-Boeing tanker deal, federal

2005-10-25 Thread David Guyatt
The One Trust which the author of the below pdf book deduces to exist,
does, in fact, appear to exist.

It is known as The Corporation International, a Trilateral Commission
creature.

But don't try to track it down, as it simply evaporates under the slightest
scrutiny.

Reproduced below is chapter 31 in its entirety extracted from the Marcos
Legacy Revisited subtitled: Raiders of the Lost Gold, by Erick A. San Juan,
published in 1998 in Makati City, Philippines.

CHAPTER 31
The Trilateral Commission's Aborted Deal with FM

The aborted deal of the CORPORATION INTERNATIONAL with the late Pres.
Ferdinand Marcos (better known as the Trilateral Commission) involved an
agreement in which the president was promised power for life and a guarantee
of an Investment Loan to be coursed through a Mini-Marshall plan to save the
failing Philippine economy. All these in exchange for his gold bullion.

The original document showing specifically how much gold Marcos kept at Fort
Knox was given to me by an emissary of President Marcos which I handed, in
trust, to Reynaldo Fajardo, who was supposed to write a book on this. This
was the very same document brought by Ambassador Philip Habib to Manila in
February 1986 for Marcos' signature. Marcos, however, didn't sign the
document because THE CORPORATION wanted the gold bullion for themselves
alone and merely offered to give him an investment loan in exchange. Soon
after, through Cardinal Jaime Sin's call for people support, and armed with
Plan C, employing the Marxist principle Religion is the opium of
society. EDSA People Power came to the fore. This marked the beginning of
Marcos' downfall.

A photocopy of these records was passed on to me by my friend, Col. Adex
Villalon (RES). Had Marcos known of an impending conflict between the
Philippine Government and his family, he could have immediately signed
Habib's document and could have lived happily ever after.

The following is the text of the Trilateral Commission's communique with the
late president Ferdinand Marcos under the letterhead, THE CORPORATION
INTERNATIONAL, brought by then U.S. Ambassador Philip Habib for F.M.'s
approval and subsequent signature. The deal turned sour because the
CORPORATION wanted to get everything, simply leaving Marcos a so-called
investment loan out of his total gold hoard. On my visits to Hawaii, Marcos
made it clear to me that he did not sign the document because, in his own
words para akong pinirito sa sarili kong mantika (I would have been fried
in my own lard). He further added that he had all those years, invested so
much of his time, expertise, strategies, and a lot of guts, just to
safeguard all the wealth which he intended to offer his countrymen's future
and that of our children's children. This was also the reason why he was
forced to leave Malacanang to regroup in Paoay, Ilocos Norte, but instead,
he claimed to have been kidnapped, taken by force and against his will by
the Americans and flown to Hawaii.

NOTE: The photocopy clearly displayed the entire logo of THE CORPORATION
INTERNATIONAL, with the words CLOAKED WITH SECRECY stamped on every page,
together with the following details on each page's right-hand margin:

following: I listened to the interview of the British commander of the
mechanised unit that strormed the prison. He statedthat both
soldiers were not present at the prison but they learned from Iraqi prison

Yes, I believe it is an important factual distinction because
the change that resulted under the new regime was a voluntary arrangement
between government and the media, and not simplyimposed secrecy by
government on the media -- as it had been sincethe inception of the
D-Notice.

One could point to the so called "Downing Street Memos" to see
that (admittedlyfar too rarely) how amajor newspaper can and do
publish extremely sensitive government memos that before 1993 would have invoked
the wrath of government who wouldalmost certainly have initiated a major
Official Secrecy Act investigation resulting in criminal
prosecution.

While I heartily agree with you that the major media are
generally supine, that is not always the case - especially with the present
British military involvement in Iraq which is so broadly unpopular. It is
also true to say that there are good print reporters, TV news reporters and TV
documentary producers, plus others in the major media who do have a real sense
of commitment to report sensitive/explosive stories, but, for the sake of their
career and/or financial survival, need to chose their times of forthrightness
with due care. I can speak personally on this and have in the past been
deeply involved in more than oneattempt to bring highly sensitive stories
to British and international television viewers, which while not ultimately
fruitful, demonstratedlevels of principle, fairness and decency I
hadn't entirely expected at the outset.

I'm also well aware of false flag operations and have written
about them in past articles - for example the Gladio network. But not
every unusual military instance in every conflict is a false flag
operation. To answer your question, I am speaking specifically about this
one operation -- but always try to judge every situation on its discernible
merits in order to untangle the real from the false, so as to arrive at a
sensible, independent and unbiased judegement -- so far as any of us are truly
unbiased...

years. Today, a voluntary system is known as the Defence Advisory Notice
(DA-Notice), which provides "general guidance" to editors and others.

There is no "imposed".

But hey, don't let facts crampanyone's
style...

The DA-Notice system is a "voluntary" code, to wit: " The
Notices have no legal standing and advice offered within their framework may be
accepted or rejected partly or wholly."

For an overview, see:

http://www.dnotice.org.uk/

The fact is that there is no need for a D Notice in its
original conception, as the major media is generally sufficiently supine (they
would argue "responsible") and all corporate cozy in bed with the
government. That same cuddly oneness applies both sides of the
Atlantic.

On the matter of the continuing controversy of the two Brit
soldiers, I feel that a strong measure of "balance" is essential, as else we end
up operating onthe same sorry level and replicating the
samedeceptive standards as the bad guys.

Thus:

Is it really that extraordinary to be wearing muftiwhen
working undercover? Only the Marx Brothers would ever have dreamed of
working undercover wearing a British army uniform.

Is it also so extraordinary to be heavily armed -
includingexplosives - when operating de facto behind enemy lines?
And Iraq is for all intents and purposes behind enemy lines.

Operating under cover, behind enemy lines,on a
legitimate authorisedmilitary or intelligencegathering mission is a
speciality of Special Forces since their origin in WWII. Describing this
as"playing at being insurgents",demonstrates a
virulent disregard for accuracy, a view that is further strengthened from
heavily relying on reports flowing from Arabic and Chinese sources (the Chinese
are hardly independent in this respect as they politically support Iran and thus
theShiite's).

I have the greatest respect for Chossudovsky, but on this
occasion I think he has jumped the gun and should have been more patient by
waiting until all the facts are in, and also should have been more critical in
considering alternative explanations.

If in the end, it turns out that both soldiers were on a
mission to wreak unconscionable havoc, then I will gladly admit the error of my
ways.

This is a classic case of spinning
a story. The attacks on the British by the citizens of Basra are cited as
proof that there can be no troop withdrawal. Left totally unmentioned is the
fact that the two captured British soldiers had been caught wearing Arab
clothing, sniping at police officers and driving a car full of explosives. In
other words, the two undercover Brits were playing at being insurgents,
confirming for many Iraqi the suspicion that much of the so-called "insurgent"
bombings are actually being carried out by the occupation forces.
Obviously Britain has imposed a "D-notice" on the
media with regards to this story.

Re: [cia-drugs] British special forces caught pretending to be Iraqi 'insurgents'

2005-09-20 Thread David Guyatt

The important point that is being ignored here is that the
Iraqi police turned over the two soldiers (prior to the rescue attempt at the
prison) to the Shia militia. In other words, the thrust of this article is
altogether barking up the wrong tree.

Re: [cia-drugs] holy smokes! is there anyone who isn't a cia front?

2005-08-12 Thread David Guyatt
I've been away for a couple of weeks and have just returned...but am off
again today for awhile, but I will revert to any post on this topic when I
return.

I've just seen the post that places my website www.deepblacklies.co.uk in
the category of a CIA fake website by one Fintan Dunne - who I don't know
and who doesn't know me.

Doesn't this guy know that there are at least thirteen intelligence agencies
in the US? Why is it that all those websites listed only work for the CIA.
Don't any
of the other twelve intell agencies employ contractors to disseminate
dininfo. Sure they do. I'm thinking of one right now, in fact...

Anyway. if anyone on this list has this Dunce's email address, can they
kindly send it to me offlist. When I'm back in September I'll make some
time to contact him and see how he stands up to some scrutiny and will then
publish our exchanges on this list. If my past experience is anything to go
on, he'll be a slippery as hell, refusing to support his assertion with any
credible argument (because he can't) and will either avoid answering direct
questions or, more likely, respond with old-fashioned deflection.

An Utterly Fascinating Book., July 22, 2005
Peter Levenda poses a series of provocative questions in the
Introduction to his utterly fascinating new book, Sinister Forces: A Grimoire
of American Political Witchcraft, the first volume in a series of three. "To
what degree does mysticism (including occultism, religious organizations, and
secret societies) influence politics? Can it be demonstrated that there is no
real separation of church and state, despite most Americans' belief?" Can it
be revealed that the "world's political leaders are motivated by (at times
bizarre and outrageous) religious or spiritual convictions, thus threatening"
the "very nature of the American way of life?" In answering these questions, Levenda-who first got his feet
thoroughly wet in esoteric matters with his earlier book, Unholy Alliance, a
frightening portrait of obsession and involvement with the occult by Hitler
and the Nazis-delved deeply into often overlooked and ignored historical files
and archives. Indeed, his research spanned nearly three decades and multiple
cities, states, and countries, an arduous undertaking, to say the least.
And in the process a strange thing
happened to Levenda: He encountered what some writers refer to as the
"Coincidence Goblin," a peculiar and recurring phenomena by which one
experiences odd and disconcerting coincidences, which quickly lead into still
odder coincidences until one gets the overwhelming and unshakeable sense that
one has been ordained by some invisible higher power to write his or her book
because he or she is part and parcel with it. Other writers brush off this
bizarre occurrence as an unavoidable consequence of any serious research into
subjects that concern the occult, or those sinister forces that always seen to
be at play in worldly affairs. Writers of
authoritative volumes, old and new, that deal with the esoteric occasionally
publicly remark about their disconcerting experiences related to
occult-related research recalling very unusual happenings ranging form long
sought-after books mysteriously falling off a library shelf before them to
phantom-like visitors from the past or future who appear to share prized
knowledge with them. Some writers have found it extremely difficult to cope
with such occurrences and have been driven to the edges of sanity and beyond.
James Webb, a dashing and brilliant
British historian, whose books and writings bear a strong resemblance to
Levenda's, is but one sad example. Webb, who wrote two masterful volumes on
the impact of the occult, or irrationalism as some would have it, on world
affairs, killed himself not long after he completed a third book. According to
those close to Webb, the once highly skeptical historian who scoffed at the
occult did a complete reversal and concluded there were hidden and secret
dimensions of reality that few ever glimpsed. Webb had visions of alternative
worlds and said he had "seen molecules." Writer Gary Lachman reported in
Fortean Times, "Webb tried to fit what was happening to him into some system,
calling on Gnostic notions of `aeons' and Hindu accounts of `kalpas.'"
Webb's extraordinary experiences were uncannily close to those of
Jacob Boehme, the great Protestant mystic who lived in the late 1500s. In what
sounds very much like a modern UFO encounter, Boehme at the age of twenty-five
witnessed "a dark metal dish in the sky" which reflected sunlight and whose
brightness drove Boehme into a state of mind closely resembling that of an LSD
or Ecstasy trip. He reported that he felt he was peering straight into the
heart of all nature, of the very universe, and that he suddenly understood the
world completely and was fully aware of its full meaning and purpose. Later
Boehme was attacked from the pulpit of his church by a pastor who pointed him
out and screamed, "Get thee behind me, Satan." Astute readers, at this juncture, may also recall other
questionable "suicides" by writers who researched secret matters, perhaps the
timeliest ones being those of Danny Casalaro, Gary Webb, Mark Lombardi, and
J.T. Hatfield, four dissimilar journalists who took headlong and fatal plunges
into the netherworld of the CIA and drug trafficking, and other related
matters. Readers may also recall the bizarre experiences of speculative
fiction writer Philip K. Dick. Dick, before his untimely death at the age of
  54, had
