Hi,

The best one i have seen so far is: https://github.com/CmdrDats/igoki
unfortunately further development is uncertain.

I am working on a android app myself but release date is al least 4/6months
away, still looking promising.

It can't record a game. But I have plans to improve it. Probably not before the

Baduk cap does a reasonably good job of recognising where the stones
are, but that's a far cry from recording a game as it progresses.  It
doesn't do life and death of the endgame position.

BadukCap is not able to record a game automatically, AFAIK.

But thombreSoft is currently working on BadukCap Pro which will do this, see 
this L19 thread
