When trying to read parts of it a few days ago, I have found it useful
to restructure the related contents (topics: rules, ratings). IMO, such
should be done for all topics, but OC I cannot do it alone and hope that
everybody helps in making the contents useful again.

Hi
I spend some time to summarise in one short page
http://senseis.xmp.net/?KGSWishlist%2FKGSMostWanted
and added it in 00 in the TOC of http://senseis.xmp.net/?KGSWishlist
I think it's faithfull, but as i did not read all the blurb i might
have missed some points.

Maybe this could be done in better way:
inside each main topic, throw away in separate pages the discussions,
and/or the not-very-wanted features, and see only the most wanted
ones.
