Re: [COOT] including symmetry mates in sphere refinement

It would be very convenient indeed.
Hope it will be scheduled at some point.
Thanks,
Andrea

I've thought about it. It's tricky and probably slow. It's a nice
feature to have, but not scheduled at the moment.

[COOT] including symmetry mates in sphere refinement

2016-12-19 Thread Andrea PICA

Hello everyone,

I was wondering whether it would be possible in coot to include symmetry
related atoms in sphere refinement. It would be great that upon
refinement of residues close to a symmetry mate, the side chains would
not end up in positions with severe clashes.

Best,

Andrea

[COOT] stuck with black fonts

2016-12-02 Thread Andrea PICA

Hi everybody,

I am using coot (version 0.8.1) on a linux debian system. Atom labels
are shown in black and on a black background this is not ideal.
Unfortunately changing the color in Edit>Preferences>Others>Fonts
doesn't seem to work (color is always black even if I select a different
one). How can I solve this issue?

Thanks,

Andrea
