"What started out as an investigation of an apparent case of pirated software has grown to be a project involving hundreds of journalists all over the world. "The dead journalist, Joseph Daniel 'Danny' Casolaro was found dead August 10th in a motel room in West Virginia. His wrists were slashed seven times on each wrist and a suicide note was found nearby. The only manuscript of his book, with accompanying notes, WAS MISSING. "The book, provisionally titled 'The Octopus', was meant to be an explosive expose of misdeeds by the Justice Department under the Reagan administration. Time Magazine also reported that Casolaro's research centered on gambling and attempted arms deals at the Cabazon reservation near Indio (California -Branton). "Inslaw President Bill Hamilton [NOT the well-known UFO researcher - Branton] has claimed that Ed Meese associate EARL BRIAN was given control of pirated versions of the PROMIS software by Meese to sell back to different U.S. government agencies for great profit. Russbacher, who made these allegations in May is now in jail on Terminal Island, convicted on the charge of impersonating a U.S. Attorney. "The Washington man is MICHAEL RICONOSCIUTO who is now waiting for a trial in a Washington jail on conspiracy to sell drugs charges, charges which Riconosciuto claims are manufactured. Indeed, the charge made against Riconosciuto were made one week after Riconosciuto authored and signed an affidavit describing his role in modifying the pirated software. "The affidavit also claimed that he had been contacted by phone and threatened by PETER VIDENIEKS, a Justice Department employee and Customs official, who Riconosciuto alleged had intelligence ties, as to the possible consequences of his going public with certain information. "According to Riconosciuto, Videnieks was a frequent visitor to the Cabazon Indian reservation near Palm Springs and visited with tribal manager, John P. Nichols. Nichols was in essence Riconosciuto's boss in a number of enterprises conducted on reservation land and the PROMIS modification was just one of these projects. According to Riconosciuto, in an interview with T.C. conducted from jail, the PROMIS software was modified to install a backdoor access for use by American intelligence services. "How many of you have seen the book 'BLANK CHECK'?... It is
not a UFO book. I strongly recommend that you read the book
'BLANK CHECK' so that you can understand something about how
these projects are funded without your sayso, indeed without the
sayso of Congress. Most citizens don't know for example that the
National Security Act of 1947 made it illegal to ever say how
much money is spent on the CIA. Indeed all of our tremendous
alphabet soup collection of Intelligence Agencies. Whether your
talking about the CIA, or the NRO, or the NSA or the DIA, etc.,
all of them are in the same category.
"You cannot say how much these things cost. All you can do
if you want to find out is add-up the numbers on the Budget
(which is presently at a deficit of well over 4 TRILLION
dollars - Branton) that aren't assigned to anything that actually
means anything. There are these huge categories that have tens
of billions of dollars in them that say nothing but 'Special
Projects...' And every year the Congress dutifully passes this
bloated budget that has some $300,000,000,000 or more with HUGE
chunks of cash labeled like that - 'Special Projects,' 'Unusual
Stuff.' - Ten billion dollars. O.K., well where does the
'unusual stuff' money go? Well, it DOES go to 'unusual stuff',
that's for sure, and one of the places it goes is that it goes
into the underground bases. Indeed TIM said recently since the
publication of his book (BLANK CHECK)... MORE Black Budget money
goes into underground bases than ANY OTHER kind of work.
"Now I don't believe that 35 billion, which is the
approximate size of the black budget money that you can find by
analyzing the budget, I don't think that comes CLOSE to the real
figure because there is absolutely unequivocal evidence that a
great deal of additional money was generated in other ways, such
as the surreptitious running of guns and drugs. And one
wonderful example of that is coming to light with the B.C.C.I.
scandal which I hope you've heard of... a number of very high-
ranking American officials are caught in the undertow of the BCCI
tidal wave... Even though these guys are tying to pull 'fast
ones' on an immense scale they are getting caught. These things
don't always work. Indeed they are very, very vulnerable.
Indeed this whole 'end game' is very vulnerable and that's
why they feel it requires such secrecy. The American people
wouldn't stand for this stuff if they had the information, and
that's the reason why we have to get the information out and take
it seriously because it really is a matter of our money and our
future that's being mortgaged here.
"But my friend who worked in the underground bases, who was
doing sheetrock was down on, he thinks, approximately the 30th
level underground... these bases are perhaps 30-35 stories deep
('ground-scrapers' as opposed to a 'sky-scrapers' - Branton). As
I say they are not just mine shafts, these are huge, giant
facilities... many city blocks in circumference, able to house
tens of thousands of people. One of them, the YANO Facility
(we're told... by the county fire dept. director, the county fire
dept. chief who had to go in there to look at a minor fire
infraction) there's a 400-car parking lot on the 1st level of the
YANO Facility, but cars never come in and out, those are the cars
that they use INSIDE.
"O.K., so... a very interesting situation down there. Our
guy was doing sheetrock on the 30th floor, maybe the 30th floor,
underground. He and his crew are working on a wall and right
over here is an elevator door. The elevator door opens and, a
kind of reflex action you look, and he saw three 'guys'. Two of
them, human engineers that he's seen before. And between them a
'guy' that stood about 8 to 8 1/2 feet tall. Green skin,
reptilian features, extra-long arms, wearing a lab coat, holdinga
clip-board.
"...I tend to believe that story because, first of all
because we have other stories like it, but more importantly
because he walked off that job that very day. And he was getting
paid a GREAT deal of money... If your basically a sheetrock kind
of guy, if you can do sheetrock in a place like that then you get
paid way more than standard sheetrock wages, you can count on it.
"So, he walked off that job. His buddy on that same crew
turned into an alcoholic shortly after. This is an extremely
upsetting thing. You know, it wasn't like this alien jumped out
and bit his head off or anything, it was just standing there for
a few minutes, the doors closed. He has a feeling that that
elevator was malfunctioning, otherwise he never would have seen
that except by accident.

"If she had been a Republican operative who had brought money to a Republican candidate, there would have been an absolute uproar in the media and there should have been in this case." Network representatives say such organized protests are common. What made Nicholson's directive unusual was that it included the office phone numbers of the anchors and their bosses and, in some cases, their e-mail addresses. His call to arms was sent out via e-mail to about 10,000 GOP activists and radio talk show hosts across the country. By late Monday afternoon, CBS reported "a handful" of phone calls and ABC said it had received a few dozen. NBC received less than 15 calls, spokeswoman Barbara Levin said. "It's politics," said ABC spokeswoman Eileen Murphy. Nicholson said that the "CBS Evening News" devoted 23 seconds to the story Thursday evening, while ABC's "World News Tonight" logged 19 seconds. NBC's "Nightly News" did not mention the story, he said. ABC has reported extensively on the fundraising scandal since it was first uncovered, Murphy said. People are constantly exposed to terms like: "affirmative action" (a code word for racial discrimination that is politically acceptable); "minority rights" ( term that implies that "minorities" have different rights that "majorities"; "white racism" (a term which is used to the total exclusion of its logical and actual converse, "people of color racism"; etc. etc. etc. Bottom line: the reason that there is racial strife in California is because the dominant political faction in California benefits from racial strife and encourages it. Since my source has excellent connections to people in the state of New Mexico he was able to verify the identity of two NSA people who had moved into an apartment down the street from his father's house. As soon as those NSA people knew they had been identified they "flew the coop" as they say. Source's own NSA people have look at at these stubby devices and said they were made by NSA. The devices are short ~ 2 inches long and black with a small antenna, having two lady size wristwatch batteries and two wires with alligator clips to attach to a phone line (see figure at bottom): The device transmits in a frequency range of 1.4 to 4 MHz and has a range of one mile where the signal is received by a local receiving station. The obvious question would be why NSA et al go through all the trouble of planting phone bugs when there are so many other ways to intercept email or phone calls: The answer I was given is that it's much easier to have a dedicated "tap" rather than try and sort through thousands of emails or phone calls to find yours and then to formally request that information. The dedicated "tap" goes right to the people who want the information. We know nothing about these guys except they are in Arkansas now and they are a pain in the ass. Later, after Bush's victory in the 1988 presidential election, the FBI again questioned Brittain, and again the central issue was the Aronow-Kramer connection, plus additional questions of whether Brittain had divulged any of his knowledge of these matters to other persons. The Madison County Auditor's Office projects the affected region generates $300 per acre, which turns over 6-7 times (in buying power) before leaving the community. Regula asserts: 'It is simply irresponsible to take on new land responsibilities, and give grants to cities, States and private institutions, when we cannot afford to adequately take care of our primary Federal responsibilities - the public lands.' The bitter primary battle between Gov. George W. Bush and Sen. John McCain
has opened rifts inside the influential conservative pundit community,
antagonisms that could undercut the Right's ability to rally voters in the
fall.
Vast conservative media spending over the past quarter century has given the
Republicans a powerful club to bludgeon Democrats. [See detailed article from
last summer at Consortiumnews.com]
But the Bush-McCain brawl has led key conservative writers to take up sides:
the neo-conservative likes of Charles Krauthammer on McCain's side and the
populist conservative likes of Rush Limbaugh on Bush's.
The battle lines were apparent on the eve of the Super Tuesday primaries as
two heavyweight conservative columnists -- William Safire and Robert D. Novak
-- threw punches in opposite directions.
Safire berated Bush's supporters, including Bob Jones III ("cringing in the
spotlight placed on his university's racism by John McCain") and Bush-family
moneymen, the Wyly brothers ("'Wyly Coyote' struck with a last-minute TV
smear" about McCain's environmental record, Safire wrote).
Safire also directly chastised the pink-ribbon-wearing Bush for an attack ad
painting McCain as hostile to breast cancer research. ("Bush approved what
hardball connoisseurs will remember as his 'breast cancer deception'," Safire
wrote. NYT, March 6, 2000)
Meanwhile, Novak was hammering away at McCain for damaging Republican
prospects in the nation's most populous state, California. Noting McCain's
decision to appear via TV monitor at last Thursday's GOP debate, Novak wrote,
"That strange tableau could cast a long shadow on politics in California and
the nation." (Washington Post, March 6, 2000)
In earlier columns, Novak excoriated McCain for his controversial decision to
lash out at Christian Right leaders, Pat Robertson and Jerry Falwell.
As the Republican primaries reach a decisive phase, the powerful conservative
media may have as much mending to do for the fall election as will the forces
of Gov. Bush and Sen. McCain.

Texas Gov. George W. Bush is known as a hale-fellow-well-met, joshing with
voters on the campaign trail and winking at friends in the crowds. But
sometimes, he displays a mean, even scary, sense of humor.
On "Late Night" with David Letterman, Bush offered a tasteless quip about
Letterman's recent open-heart surgery. The joke followed Letterman's query
about what Bush meant by being "a uniter not a divider."
"That means when it comes time to sew up your chest cavity, we use stitches
as opposed to opening it up," Bush responded. The joke drew a chorus of boos
from the audience and a baffled look from Letterman.
On another occasion, Bush responded to a Letterman question with little more
than a grunt. When the comedian asked if Bush was tired of jokes about
failing a pop quiz on world leaders, Bush answered, "Nah," and stared into
the camera.
Bush did a little better with a self-deprecating line in which he announced:
"I've morphed on your show from a boob to a dweeb." The governor then held up
a T-shirt reading "Dweebs for Bush." [For details, see NYT, March 2, 2000]
Though it's understandable that long days of politicking could make anyone a
touch boorish and take an edge off one's sense of humor, Bush has revealed
this unfunny side of himself at less stressful junctures, too.
At the start of the campaign, conservative writer Tucker Carlson asked the
governor about the unsuccessful death-row plea from convicted murderer Karla
Faye Tucker. In response, Bush mimicked the doomed woman. "With pursed lips
in mock desperation, [Bush said] 'Please don't kill me'," Carlson wrote in
Talk magazine.
At another point, Bush lined up for a photo. He fingered the man next to him
and announced, "He's the ugly one!" [For more on Bush and his family's style

For whatever reason, Gov. Bush is certainly making himself a contrast to
President Clinton, who is noted for his empathy and often mocked for his
famous line, "I feel your pain." By marked contrast, Gov. Bush often seems
oblivious to other people's pain.

Keenan went on to outline the economic policy backdrop to South America which is relevant in terms of the later explosion of drugs coming out of that continent. According to Chomsky, Kennan's policy in South America was: ...In a briefing for US ambassadors to Latin American countries in 1950, Kennan observed that a major concern of US foreign policy must be the protection of our [i.e. Latin America's] raw materials. We must therefore combat a dangerous heresy which, US intelligence reported, was spreading through Latin America: the idea that the government has direct responsibility for the welfare of the people. The dismantling of the gold standard in 1971 by Nixon soon led to the explosion of the oil price via the so called oil shocks of 1973. There is a host of facts that powerfully suggest this was also a manufactured event. Author William Engdahl in his excellent book A Century of War says that the decision to increase the price of oil by 400% (and blame it on OPEC) was taken at the May 1973 meeting of Bilderberg's Saltsjobaden conference. Reading the Saltsjobaden Conference notes supports Engdahl's contention. The key point in so far as the explosion of South American drug traffick is ocnerned, is the re-cycling of Middle East - principally Saudi - oil money (i.e., petrodollars) through the London Euromarketto the third world... largely South America and Africa of course. So much attention has been given to the few seconds during which the officers had to observe, Diallo's actions, evaluate the threat, and decide to shoot or not shoot. Then there is the attention paid to the number of shots fired with some saying that 41 shots was excessive at an average of 10.25 shots each. Those who consistently assert that the number of shots fired is irrelevant, argue that it takes only about 2 to 4 seconds from the moment that they determine the need to shoot and the point when they have fired the last of 41 shots. Somewhere in that argument is a supposed justification for firing enough rounds to drop a grizzly bear. For some reason the training that teaches officers that when they make the determination to use deadly force they are to fire three rounds at a time. And why fire three? Why not two or four? Because the experts who determine what will be taught at the academy say that if the officer must shoot, then the technique that should be followed is to fire two rounds at the upper body mass because there is a greater likelihood of hitting the target, then fire a third shot to the head because of the increased occurrence of criminals wearing body armor. So the people who have the experience and knowledge of research done on officer involved shootings to determine what the most effective tactic is, have determine that the triple tap is what the academy should teach and what the officer should do in the field. So it would seem that the number of shots fired is relevant to the experts. Why street cops feel that they know better. If the officers who shot Diallo had followed policy then based upon an average of 10.25 shots each these officers would have each fired a volley of three rounds at Diallo (that's 12 shots total), then still determined that the object in his hand was a dun and that he was still making a furtive movement that threatened the officers so they each fired another volley of three rounds each (that's another 12 shots total), then observed Diallo and again determined that the object in his hand was a gun, and that Diallo was still making furtive movements that threatened the officers, so they each proceeded to fire another volley of three shots each (that's another 12 shots total), then observed Diallo and determined that he was still holding a gun in his hand and that he was still making furtive movements toward the officers caused them to feel fear for their lives so three of them fired one final shot but the fourth felt he should fire two more shots (that's 5 more shots total. Now we are to believe that these officers, if they followed the tactics taught to them, determined that the object in Diallo's hand was a gun and that Diallo was making furtive movements before they shot him, then after 12 shots, then again after 24 shots, then again after 36 shots but only enough threat to justify 1 or 2 more shots. I have difficulty buying the argument that these officers were following department policy or their training. It has been postulated on this list that when police officers are placed in emergency situations where they do not have time to think that their training kicks in. That would mean that Diallo continued to posturer and move in a threatening manner after 12, 24, 36 shots with about 6 then 12, then 18 rounds striking his body. Yea, this slight built man continued to make furtive movements after 5 bullets struck his body, the still after 12 bullets ripped into him, and then still made movements that made the officers fear for their lives after he had taken 16 to 18 hunks of metal measuring about a third of an inch wide each into his body. Anyone really believe that this little man continued the present a threat to the officers after being shot 14, 15, 16, 17, times? Remember the cops may have thought the wallet was a gun, but Diallo knew that he had no chance of frightening the cops away or stopping the shooting other than to fall down. But he continued to present a threat with more than a dozen bullets striking him? I don;t buy it. But these arguments all address what happened after the officers came rushing into the darkened entrance of Diallo's apartment building with their guns drawn. With Diallo having no reason to expect four armed men to come rushing at him at his home, he could be expected to react in any number of unpredictable ways. There has been all this discussion about how Diallo reacted and how he should not have moved in he manner he did. And there has been all this defense of the officers actions because they had only seconds to react. But what about Diallo? The police knew that they were rushing

The former top lawyer for the CIA is to appear before the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence today but will decline to answer questions about his role in a security investigation of former CIA Director John Deutch. Michael O'Neil will not answer questions from the panel until the Justice Department completes its review of whether CIA officials acted improperly in handling the investigation of Mr. Deutch, Roger Spaeder, an attorney for Mr. O'Neil, said in an interview. A Senate aide said the former CIA general counsel is expected to invoke his Fifth Amendment rights during the closed-door hearing. The amendment allows people to avoid answering questions that could lead to their prosecution. Mr. Spaeder said the committee recently asked Mr. O'Neil whether he would cooperate with the investigation if granted immunity from prosecution. "That's for the committee to decide," Mr. Spaeder said. "We are not seeking immunity and are not bargaining for immunity." The committee and the Justice Department are examining whether senior CIA officials, including Director George J. Tenet, covered up a security probe of Mr. Deutch in late 1996 and 1997. CIA security personnel discovered in December 1996, shortly after Mr. Deutch retired, that he had improperly stored several dozen highly sensitive intelligence and defense documents on home computers. The computers were not secure and had been used to access "high-risk" Internet sites by a member of Mr. Deutch's family, according to a CIA inspector general report. The CIA is making a damage assessment of whether its secrets were compromised, including covert-action programs. The Pentagon is still deciding whether to defense secrets were lost. Officials said the defense information included details of special-access programs, "black programs" that are among the most sensitive secrets. According to the CIA report, Mr. O'Neil refused to turn over four computer storage cards to investigators for several weeks and discussed destroying the data on them with Mr. Deutch. He also failed to make a formal notification to the Justice Department of the security breach that included possible violations of U.S. laws. Mr. O'Neil notified the FBI but not its parent agency. The CIA report said the delay in notifying Justice officials precluded the appointment of an independent counsel because the one-year statute of limitations had expired by the time a formal "crimes report" was sent to Justice by the CIA inspector general in 1998. The CIA report said that Mr. O'Neil "had conversations over a period of several weeks" with Mr. Tenet, the deputy director at the time, Nora Slatkin, the CIA executive director, and Richard Calder, the CIA administration chief, about "exploitation" of the computer cards by security personnel and "protecting Deutch's privacy." Mr. Tenet failed to inform the House and Senate intelligence committees about the matter for some 18 months. He has given no explanation for the lapse. Mr. Tenet failed to notify the Senate panel even though he promised the committee in 1997 during his nomination hearing to keep senators fully informed of all intelligence activities. Investigators also want to question Mr. O'Neil about his handling of a CIA contract with Mr. Deutch. The no-fee contract allowed Mr. Deutch to continuing using the CIA-supplied home computers after he retired. Investigators suspect the contract was part of a scheme to prevent CIA security officials from finding the improperly stored classified documents. Asked about the allegations, Mr. Spaeder said: "As to whether Mr. O'Neil intentionally engaged in any activities to cover up, I can assure you we emphatically deny that," Mr. Spaeder said. "He did not engage in any conduct, intentionally or unintentionally to obstruct the investigation." Mr. O'Neil initially had agreed to testify before the committee March 1 but backed out after Attorney General Janet Reno announced the Justice Department would reviewing the case. Icke's politics are a very weird blend of New Age guru, anti-Semitism and neofascism. He is also antichoice. Icke's background, politics and connections show there is an urgent need for the pro-choice and women's mevements to join forces with the Jewish community, gays and lesbians, people of colour, the left and all other communities under threat by the far right. The backgrounder below should give a fair picture of what Icke stands for, and who supports him. * * * On the face of it, few people would credit a retired soccer player who rants about a world takeover by blood-drinking lizards from outer space as being much of a threat to democracy. And as a general rule, they would probably be right. David Icke, however, is an exception to that rule. Icke, 48, is a native of Leicester, England. For five years he played professionally for the Coventry City and Hereford United soccer teams until forced to retire by arthritis. He subsequently went on to become a sports announcer for BBC-TV. For three years from 1988 to 1991 he was national spokesperson for the British Green Party, until he began a political evolution that was to begin with his expulsion from the Greens and wind up with his current involvement with anti-Semitism, neofascism, and lizards from Mars. At first this evolution seemed relatively harmless. Icke began to flirt seriously with New Age theories, and then began to act on them. He dressed in turquoise, and began to call himself the "son of godhead". But by the time his book "The Robot's Rebellion" was printed in 1994, his trajectory had begun to take quite a different course. In 1996, the British magazine "Left Green Perspectives" wrote that this book "indicated a convergence of New Age thinking with Nazi philosophy. Casting aside his pat concerns about the environment, Icke enthusiastically embraced the classic Nazi conspiracy theory, alleging that the world is controlled by a secret cadre of "The Elite." He openly endorsed The Protocols of the Elders of Zion, the Tsarist anti-Semitic forgery that informed Hitler's notion of a global Jewish conspiracy." The following year Icke brought out another book, "And the truth shall set you free." This one, however, was self-published, as its content was so objectionable that his publisher refused to have it printed. And small wonder. The book repeated Icke's previous claims that the Protocols were true, and went on to state: "I strongly believe that a small Jewish clique which has contempt for the mass of Jewish people worked with non-Jews to create the First World War, the Russian Revolution, and the Second World WarThey then dominated the Versailles Peace Conference and created the circumstances which made the Second World War inevitable. They financed Hitler to power in 1933 and made the funds available for his rearmament." In this book, Icke went even further. He began to flirt explicitly with Holocaust denial, saying "why do we play a part in suppressing alternative information to the official line of the Second World War? How is it right that while this fierce suppression goes on, free copies of the Spielberg film, Schindler's List, are given to schools to indoctrinate children with the unchallenged version of events. And why do we, who say we oppose tyranny and demand freedom of speech, allow people to go to prison and be vilified, and magazines to be closed down on the spot, for suggesting another version of history." He also denounced the Nuremberg Trials as "a farce" and "a calculated exercise in revenge and manipulation." Icke's politics today are a mishmash of most of the dominant themes of contemporary neofascism, mixed in with a smattering of topics culled from the U.S. militia movement. He has written diatribes on the Illuminati, the Council on Foreign Relations and the Trilateral Commission as examples of secret plots to take over the world. He opposes gun control as a plot by this Elite, which has deliberately orchestrated numerous mass shootings to whip up opposition to guns. The truth is that it was the Bronfman family that set Marley up in business. However, in 1948, some 52 of Marley's employees (including Jim Hensley) went to jail on federal liquor violationsbut not Marley. The story in Arizona is that Hensley took the fall for Marley. Upon Hensley's release from prison, Marley paid Hensley back by setting him up in the beer business. That company today, said to be worth $200 million, financed McCain's career. And without Marley's political support McCain could have never even gotten elected dogcatcher. But there's more. McCain's father-in-law had also dabbled in the dog racing business and he expanded his family fortune further by selling his dog racing track to an individual connected to the the Buffalo-based Jacobs family. The Jacobs were the leading distributors for Bronfman liquor into the United States during Prohibition into the hands of local gangs that were part of the Lansky syndicate. Expanding over the years, the family's enterprises were once described as being "probably the biggest quasi-legitimate cover for organized crime's money-laundering in the United States." I've read many accounts of the Octopus - with Carol Marshall's THE LAST CIRCLE ranking top most in my mind to date. But the actual identity of the Octopus remains uncertain.This week I read Mae Brussel's essay "The Nazi Connection to the JFK Assassination." Whoaa! This was written almost twenty years ago in 1983, and Mae Brussel looks like she hit the nail on the head back then: "In A Study of a Master Spy, published in London in 1961, Bob Edwards, a member of Parliament and Kenneth Dunne, presented documentary evidence that Allen Dulles of the CIA carried on secret conferences with representatives of Hitler's SS Security Office in February and March 1943. They learned that "Official Washington knew Martin Bormann, Deputy Fuhrer of Hitler's Germany, master-minded the international 'Die Spinne' (Spider) underground organization which is planning to revive nazism as soon as West Germany is adequately rearmed by the United States. Official Washington seems disinterested." With John J. McCloy, Allen Dulles and J. Edgar Hoover in control of the Kennedy assassination investigation, these nazi connections were buried. The Bunge Corporation is referred to as "the Octopus." One of the best "Bormann" books ever written in my opinion is Paul Manning's "Martin Bormann - Nazi in Exile." Manning was a highly regarded journalist. His story reveals how Bormann was the master-mind behind the Nazi capital flight programme beginning 1944 - once it was clear that the Third Reich was going down the tubes. One significant implication was that the "Battle of the Bulge" wasa delaying tactic to ensure sufficient time for the capital flight programmeto become effective. Thereafter Bormann escaped to Argentina and safety where he re-invested the vast assets and Nazi war plunder into the stock markets of the US Europe via 750corporation Bormann established in secrecy during the last year of the war. Bormann was not a dogmatic Nazi but rather believed in laizze faire capitalism with a capital C, as I understand it Mae Brussel also noted that "SS Major Otto Skorzeny's CIA agents participated in terror campaigns waged by Operation 40 in Guatemala, Brazil and Argentina." Skorzeny was, of course, one of the principal SS officers involved in Der Spinne - and hence connected to the Bormann group. Manning also states that by 1981, the date the book was published, Martin Bormann sat atop an "organizational pyramid that dominates the industry of West Germany through banks, voting rights enjoyed by majority shareholders in significant cartels, and the professional input of a relatively young leadership group of lawyers, investment specialists, bankers and industrialists, he is satisfied that he achieved his aim of helping the fatherland back on its feet. China army ready to smash Taiwan "splittists" Updated 2:40 AM ET March 6, 2000 BEIJING, March 6 (Reuters) - China's military kept up the rhetoric against Taiwan on Monday ahead of the island's presidential election, with the main army newspaper saying troops were ready to "resolutely smash" any move towards independence. "Taiwan independence means war," blared the headline of a front-page commentary in the Liberation Army Daily, echoing a phrase used by a top Chinese general in a speech to parliament on Sunday. Central Military Commission vice-chairman Zhang Wannian said independence forces in Taiwan were "walking ever further down the road towards splitting the motherland." The Liberation Army Daily said the military were ready for battle to prevent such an outcome. "The millions of soldiers of the People's Liberation Army stand in full battle array and on high alert against Taiwan independence and splittist forces," the commentary said. It repeated a threat issued in a policy white paper last month that China would use military force if the island dragged its heels indefinitely on reunification talks. Previously, Beijing had threatened to attack Taiwan only if it declared independence or if it was invaded by foreign forces. "We will adopt any measures to resolutely smash any scheme to split China, and then realise the total reunification of the motherland," the army newspaper said. STRATFOR.COM Global Intelligence Update 7 March 2000 China and North Korea Coordinate Summary With Taiwan's elections less than two weeks away, China has not only strengthened its warnings against independence but increased diplomatic contacts with North Korea. North Korean leader Kim Jong Il recently paid an unusual visit to the Chinese embassy in Pyongyang. China appears to lack the political will to launch an aggressive military operation - and a crisis - like the one that took place in the Taiwan Strait in 1996. Yet, Beijing appears to be positioning itself to coordinate simultaneous challenges alongside North Korea, sending a powerful warning to the United States, with less risk of conflict. Analysis Amid intensified Chinese rhetoric directed against Taiwan, North Korean leader Kim Jong Il paid an uncharacteristic visit March 5 to the Chinese embassy in Pyongyang. Kim's visit occurred on the same day that Chinese Central Military Commission (CMC) Vice Chairman Zhang Wannian, in an advance of Taiwan's March 18 elections, stated bluntly, "Taiwan independence means war." Kim's embassy visit and the increased bellicosity in Beijing may not be as unrelated as they first appear. China is searching for a way to pressure Taiwan and send a message to the United States, without drawing substantial international repercussions. While a repeat of the 1996 missile tests in the Taiwan Strait would interfere with China's current international relations, a coordinated action, with North Korea in the Yellow Sea and China in the Taiwan Strait, can send an even more powerful message with less risk. Beijing is looking for a way to influence Taiwan's presidential elections and prevent Taipei from making further moves toward independence. In addition, China wants to make it clear to the United States that Taiwan remains a sovereign part of mainland China; any attempt to interfere with this, particularly by supplying Taiwan with arms, is unacceptable. Beijing does not yet possess the military capability to defeat Taiwan in a war. China's actions during March will likely determine its accession to the World Trade Organization and increased U.S. defense cooperation with Taiwan. The governments of China and North Korea have steadily warmed ties recently. During the tensions last summer over Taiwan President Lee Teng-Hui's declaration of state-to-state relations with China, China and North Korea reaffirmed military ties and began preparation for a series of high-level exchanges, including a potential visit of Kim Jong Il to Beijing. http://www.stratfor.com/asia/specialreports/special52.htm Some have speculated that Kim's recent visit to the embassy is an attempt to make up for not having traveled to Beijing. But Pyongyang's official Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) stated that Kim's visit March 5 was "on the occasion of the New Year 2000" at the request of the Chinese ambassador. It is likely that the visit had greater implications. For Kim, who rarely meets foreign guests, going to a foreign embassy is an unusual move. The visit emphasizes the heightened level of Chinese-North Korean relations. Rather than the Chinese ambassador going to Kim, he came to the embassy, clearly showing that China is calling the shots. Stronger relations at this time between China and North Korea lay the groundwork for a potentially troubling situation for the United States. In addition to concern about the Taiwan Strait, the United States faces problems in the Yellow Sea. On March 3, North Korean Navy Command announced the nullification of the Northern Limit Line (NLL), the maritime extension of the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) on Korea's west coast. If he loses, he will have provided the Democrats with what they will hail as proof that the GOP is an exclusionary, intolerant, narrow-minded, ruthless machine that would eat its own children rather than reform. These are betrayals, plain and simple, and betrayals by any definition are acts that are hard to square with honor. And yet he has asked to be judged by his honor, and his countrymen have responded not merely with respect but with love, love for an American pilot whose plane went down and who suffered long in captivity on our behalf and in our stead, who was defiant and principled even in the face of death, and who, far beyond that, refused his freedom on a single point of honor that no one living would have accused him of dishonoring had he not. Is the world divided so, into bands of angels following John McCain on his zigzag course as he decides what position to take on the spur of any moment, and demons mounting in their number as he condemns and disdains one group after another? The GOP, he says, "is intent on breaking me." This is true only because he is intent on breaking it, making the nomination struggle a bizarre combat between the would-be nominee and the party he seeks to represent. Of course, many people fervently agree that in a contest between Sen. McCain and the Republican Party itself, the choice is clearly Sen. McCain: They are called Democrats. It is not honorable to be magnetized always by causes that put his own party at a mortal disadvantage. Though quite right that the admixture of money and politics makes for deep and fundamental corruption, his cure, regulating the flow of that money, is worse than the disease. The flow can be regulated, the argument goes, because money is not speech. Fine. Put the New York Times, the Washington Post, ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, the NEA, the AFL-CIO, People for the American Way, Emily's List, and the Sierra Club on budgets of $2 million per annum, and let's see if money is or is not speech. Nor is it honorable for Sen. McCain to turn upon his own party for the imperfections he alleges, and cry out that its challenges can be met not by adherence to its essential principles but by backing down. The Republicans whom he condemns remember with exquisite clarity the decades in which, for holding fast to antiquated principles, they were accused of being on the wrong side of history. They remember that for their lack of flexibility, and, sometimes, electability (is honor about being elected, or about being right?), and their refusal to abandon their belief in the sanctity of the individual and of human life, in the limitation of bureaucracy, in liberty, and in government by the consent of the governed, they were mocked and reviled, especially just before the clouds broke and the light showed that their stubbornness had put them, in fact, on the right side of history. And they wonder how it is that a man who held steadfastly for so long against unbearable pressure is so eager now to throw over his party, its principles, and its partisans for the sin of unwillingness to recast themselves according to what he himself admits are his sometimes instantaneous and improvised notions of reform. Air Force issues Notice of Intent on first operational F-22 wing LANGLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Va. (AFPN) -- The Air Force published the Notice of Intent in the Federal Register March 3 to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement to assess the potential environmental impacts of a proposal to beddown the initial F-22 operational wing. The F-22 air superiority fighter is being developed to replace the F-15. The first aircraft delivery is scheduled in 2004. The proposal is to beddown a total of 72 operational aircraft grouped into three squadrons. The Air Force will screen five alternative locations for the initial beddown, including Langley Air Force Base; Eglin AFB and Tyndall AFB, Fla.; Elmendorf AFB, Alaska; and Mountain Home AFB, Idaho. Langley is the preferred alternative, but each alternative will be screened to determine if it warrants detailed analysis in this EIS. Each alternative that fits the criteria for the initial beddown, as well as the "no action" alternative will be analyzed. The Air Force projects the environmental analysis process will be completed in about two years. The environmental impact analysis will examine issues relating to land use, airspace and safety, air and water quality, noise, socioeconomics, biological and cultural resources and cumulative actions. The Air Force will conduct the first phase of scoping meetings in each of the five potential locations. A second round of meetings will be conducted in the locations selected for detailed analysis. Dates, times and locations for the meetings will be announced in the local media as they are scheduled. Air Force continues toward mandatory travel card use WASHINGTON (AFPN) -- Although the General Services Administration has granted the Defense Department a 60-day extension on mandatory use of the government Visa travel card, the Air Force is continuing efforts to implement the new policy. The Travel and Transportation Reform Act that took effect March 1, mandates using the government travel card for all authorized expenses while on official government travel. The DOD extension delays mandatory use of the travel card until May 1, however Air Force officials are encouraging travel card holders to use their cards now and reminding those who don't yet have the travel card to apply for one through their local finance office. 000345. (AFPN) -- An Air Force Combat Weather specialist has earned the right to wear the U.S. Army's Ranger tab. Staff Sgt. John C. Sosa graduated from the Army's Ranger Course, Feb. 18. Sosa is assigned to Detachment 4, 10th Combat Weather Squadron, Fort Benning, Ga. His graduation from Ranger Class 3-00 has earned Sosa the distinction of being the only current member of the weather career field to be "Ranger tabbed." As a combat weatherman, Sosa is charged with providing weather to the 3rd Battalion of the 75th Ranger Regiment. The Army Ranger Course is 61 days long. Course members average 19 hours of training each day, seven days a week. Training is non-stop and intense. It is divided into three phases: the Benning Phase held at Camp Rogers and Camp Darby, Fort Benning; the Mountain Phase held at Camp Frank D. Merrill near Dahlonega, Ga.; and the Florida Phase held at Camp James E. Rudder, Eglin Air Force Base, Fla. The emphasis during the course is on practical, realistic and strenuous fieldwork. Laws have been passed that severely punish anyone who says homosexuality is sinful or immoral, including pastors preaching from the pulpit. Age of consent laws for child sex have been virtually eviscerated. Pedophilia is as politically protected and socially acceptable as homosexuality was in the 1990s. The vilest forms of pornography are shown on prime-time network programming. Foreign commanders lead our military; their mission assignments come from the United Nations. Rural living is practically nonexistent. Land outside metropolitan areas is off limits for human habitation. All firearms are outlawed from personal possession. Children take tests in early grades to determine their aptitude. Accordingly, the state selects what vocation each child enters. Only state-recognized religions are allowed to overtly exist. Any church that preaches a narrow message of salvation is closed and the pastors are jailed. Laws against sexual perversion of all types are long gone; homosexuals legally marry and adopt children. The U.S. Constitution has been formally rewritten. Freedom is what the government says it is -- nothing more. Forced abortions for family planning is the law of the land. History books declare America's founding fathers, white Southerners, Christians and political conservatives to be the personifications of evil. (Love for higher self / God) ... maybe that is the only real cure for "the human condition" itself smile You might consider starting her out with a placebo to be taken in case of "triggering" by tapping noises... or perhaps a flower essence - rescue remedy? Don't be too quick to settle on a remedy. Take a good case, be sure that the remedy not only suits what is wrong with her, but also suits her constitution and temperament. If there is much sexual abuse, it may be important to consider the syphilitic miasm... in fact it is probably a big part of Involve her (empower her) in becoming an active and detached observer (this is the viewpoint of "higher self" ... "soul".. ) by having her take the placebo, and then carefully note effects of "triggering" (panic, earthquake, whatever)... have her take notes.. find a way to give her a way out of being engulfed by the experience... As far as how you effect the cure from the homeopathy angle: Just do good homeopathy! Trust in homeopathy, and your client's trust in you will be justified. You need to know where you wish to go, roughly - but it is not so important that you know exactly how to get there, let the homeopathy do that. A good diet is important for her - any vitamin B deficiency will make it more difficult, and will make sensitivity to noises stronger. Also "earthy" or "grounding" foods will be helpful. (meat, potatoes; heavy stuff.) Exercise is good also - Chi Gung or Tai Chi would be very helpful. (or dance or Yoga..) Remember that "reality" is totally subjective. It is very important that YOU *KNOW* THIS. Everything can change in the wink of an eye - it is completely dependent on Point Of View. Your client is divine indestructible soul; as your point of view powerfully affirms this, it will be commmunicated to her effortlessly. She is not broken or damaged, truly - merely has had some bizarre and frightening experiences. Ex-Employee Says Contractor Faked Results of Missile Tests

A former senior engineer at TRW, a top military contractor, has charged the
company with faking tests and evaluations of a key component for the proposed
$27 billion antimissile system and then firing her when she protested.
The engineer, Dr. Nira Schwartz, was on the company's antimissile team in 1995
and 1996 helping design computer programs meant to enable interceptors to
distinguish between incoming warheads and decoys. In test after test, the
interceptors failed, she has alleged, but her superiors insisted that the
technology performed adequately, refused her appeals to tell industrial
partners and federal patrons of its shortcomings, and then fired her.
Dr. Schwartz has made her charges in interviews and in newly unsealed documents
filed with a federal district court in Los Angeles, where nearly four years ago
she sued TRW. She seeks to recover for the government more than a half-billion
dollars, some part of which a judge could award her as compensation.
In interviews and court filings, TRW has vigorously denied the charges. But
citing the pending litigation, it has refused to address many details of the
accusations.
Right or wrong, the investigations surrounding Dr. Schwartz's claims are
shedding light on a contentious and secretive program. The Clinton
administration has said it will decide this summer whether to proceed with an
antimissile system meant to defend against warheads from so-called rogue
states. Russia and other countries warn that such a decision could undermine a
treaty limiting antimissile defenses that has served as a pillar of arms
control.
In 1998 the Pentagon rejected the TRW interceptor as the leading antimissile
candidate in favor of a rival design by Raytheon. However, it is still a backup
and could win the lead role since the Raytheon design has stumbled in recent
flights.
Dr. Schwartz's charges have split the Defense Department. Some top officials
defend TRW as innocent, and the Justice Department has so far declined to join
her lawsuit. But a three-year inquiry by the Pentagon's Defense Criminal
Investigative Service, which ended last August with no action, cited in its
final report "numerous technical discrepancies" that "appear to warrant further
review."
Moreover, former TRW employees back Dr. Schwartz. In an affidavit filed in
connection with her suit, Roy Danchick, a retired senior engineer at TRW, said
he had firsthand knowledge of TRW's "impermissibly manipulating" a study of the
antimissile technology and "censoring the test data" so it appeared more
successful than it was.
Dr. Schwartz's allegations center on TRW's certifying to the government that
interceptors using its computer programs would succeed more than 95 percent of
the time in picking out enemy warheads, even if they were hidden in a confusing
blur of decoys in space. In fact, Dr. Schwartz said in court documents, the
interceptors could do so only 5 to 15 percent of the time.
Her charges are coming to light now because many secret court filings have been
unsealed at her request and she is seeking public support for her case.
Dr. Schwartz, 53, a naturalized United States citizen from Israel, has a Ph.D.
in engineering from Tel Aviv University and holds 18 United States patents,
including ones involving computerized image analysis and pattern recognition.
TRW hired her to help develop computerized algorithms that are meant to enable
an interceptor to differentiate between real and fake warheads by matching
memories of threatening images against a rush of incoming sensor data.
Dr. Schwartz said in an interview that in time she had concluded that all the
current discrimination technologies were too feeble to work and that at some
level the Pentagon and its contractors were in collusion.
"It's not a defense of the United States," she said, eyes flashing. "It's a
conspiracy to allow them to milk the government. They are creating for
themselves a job for life."
According to court records, Dr. Schwartz was hired as a senior engineer by TRW
on Sept. 5, 1995, joining the company's space group in Redondo Beach, Calif.
TRW was allied with Rockwell (later bought by Boeing amid defense
consolidations) in a competition to build a "kill vehicle," which would zoom
into space atop rockets and smash enemy warheads to pieces.
The work for which Dr. Schwartz was hired, enabling the kill vehicle to spot
enemy targets, represented the soul of the machine.

A few weeks after Hitler became Chancellor of Germany, the parliament building
in Berlin -- the Reichstag -- was set ablaze. Hitler used public hysteria over
the fire to suspend constitutional liberties and eliminate opponents. Most
historians blame the Nazis themselves for the fire that so conveniently
cemented their power.
I am not a conspiracy theorist, although conspiracies undoubtedly exist. I lack
the ability to distinguish an intricate plot from a mass of coincidence.
Nevertheless, a theory floating on Usenet groups makes up in charm for what it
lacks in credibility. The theory runs...the slew of so-called hacker attacks
that have caused the denial of service (DoS) to major sites was executed by the
Clinton Administration. The motive? To justify imposing controls on the
Internet, to facilitate taxing e-Commerce and to maintain the budget.
Consider the chain of coincidence. In his State of the Union Address (January
27), Clinton declares electronic law enforcement to be a high priority. Three
days later, the National Security Agency (NSA) publicly confesses that its
computer system was down for four days in late January. Since when has the NSA
talked to the national press about its failures and faults? Then, the FBI
speculates that a single teenager might have paralyzed what is arguably the
most sophisticated computer system in the world. Authorities conclude that
national interest cannot be guaranteed through intricate security measures. It
must be maintained through stringent enforcement. Apparently the fifteen-month
jail sentence and $36,000 fine imposed upon 'Zyklon,' who defaced the White
House's Web page, is not stringent enough.
And, lest the government seem self-serving at the expenses of civil liberties
and the public's interest in general, what happens next? The private sector is
attacked next. A major news source (CNN), the largest search engine (Yahoo), a
mega ISP (AOL), a marketplace (eBay), a university (Stanford), a bookseller
(Amazon), Wall St. (eTrade) and a vendor of innocent children's toys (eToy)...a
representative from virtually every segment of society has fallen victim to
DoS. The message is clear: no one from the NSA to America's toddlers is safe.
Again, enforcement is *the* answer. The authorities announced a suspect who
closely resembles a fallguy. He is 'mafiaboy' -- a fifteen year old Canadian
who, along with legions of other teenagers, took credit for the attacks on IRC
chat.
Meanwhile, even the myopic CNN comments, "The attacks that crippled Yahoo and
at least seven other top sites this month could prove a boon to law enforcement
officials seeking more funding from Congress." Reichstag Reno estimates that
the Justice Department will require a $37 million increase in funding next year
to fight cybercrime. She also wants to amend the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act
so that telephone calls and computer communication that cross jurisdictions can
be monitored by government. FBI Director Louis Freeh chimes in, "Without the
ability of law enforcement to get court-ordered access to plaintext, we're
going to be out of business." Freeh railed against "hactivism" and encryption
programs, naming PGP specifically. Of course, e-tapping and decrypting the
Internet would facilitate taxing it as well.
Meanwhile, Israel -- a nation that routinely backs U.S. policy -- is also
warning the world about hackers. A conference entitled "Y2Hack" is scheduled to
occur in Tel Aviv in late March as part of the fourth annual Internet World
tradeshow. Anat Maor, who heads the Israeli Parliament's Committee for
Scientific and Technological Research and Development, wrote a letter of
protest to the Attorney General of Israel asking that speakers and attendees be
refused admittance into the country. Repeated assurances that the conference
consists of 'hackers' (white hat programmers) rather than 'crackers' (black
hatted ones) has not moved Maor. Coincidence?
As with most conspiracy theories, the foregoing one that indicts Clinton for
DoS attacks contains at least three egregious flaws.
First, I offer no real evidence.
Second, if this theory is true, then we will have to re-examine whether the
phone company actually did kill JFK.
Third, alternative and plausible explanations exist. A DoS attack is a
relatively simple tactic. DoS renders a site's service unavailable by
bombarding it with so many bogus demands that legitimate ones cannot get
through, rather like paralyzing a telephone system by overwhelming it with
prank calls. Many sites on the Web offer the programs and tools necessary to
launch a DoS attack. For example, a free online chapter entitled "War Tools:
Scan, Sniff, Spoof and Hijack" from *The Happy Hacker* describes both DoS
tactics and how to counter them. The DoS attacks could have come from anyone.

IN the fall of 1964 a twenty-one-year-old Berkeley undergraduate named Mario
Savio climbed the steps of Sproul Hall and denounced his university for bending
over backwards to "serve the need of American industry." Savio, the leader of
the Berkeley Free Speech Movement, accused the university of functioning as "a
factory that turns out a certain product needed by industry" rather than
serving as the conscience and a critic of society. To the modern ear this
sixties rhetoric may sound outdated. To many people in the academic world,
however, Savio's words ring truer today than ever. Although our national
conversation about higher education remains focused on issues of diversity and
affirmative action, nothing provoked more debate on many college campuses last
year than the growing ties between universities and business -- and nowhere was
the debate livelier than at Berkeley.

11. World History: Plan or Accident?
Will we get another failed Democratic administration? A scandal as
disgraceful as Nixon's fall? When Robert P. Johnson (William Barr) told
Clinton in a bunker in Arkansas that "you are our fair-haired boy, but you do
have competition for the job you seek. We would never put all our eggs in one
basket. You and your state have been our greatest asset Mr. Casey wanted
me to pass on to you, that unless you fuck up and do something stupid, you
are number one on our short list for shot at the job you always wanted."
So, you have William Casey -- CIA Director, George Bush's campaign manager
and Sovereign Knight of Malta -- speaking through the proxy of George Bush's
last Attorney General to George's rival in the 1992 federal elections. Is it
all just a show and sham for U.S. hoi polloi?
Perhaps so, if there exists the type of control over the electoral process as
told by Mae Brussell and the suppressed book "VoteScam," written by Jim and
Ken Collier:
"...Your vote and mine may now be a meaningless bit of energy directed by
preprogrammed computers-which can be fixed to select certain pre-ordained
candidates and leave no footprints or paper trail.
"In short, computers are covertly stealing your vote.

Is the American electorate subjected to cyclic propaganda, pre-selected
candidates and winners, and psychological warfare to alienate Americans from
the institutions established to serve them by the Constitution? Are the
Democratic and Republican National Parties used for a Hegellian experiment in
controlled conflict?
Pamela Churchill Harriman, Averil's wife, is one of the Democratic Party's
biggest fund-raisers. She once gave Bill a job as director of her "PAM PAC"
when he was defeated for governor in 1980. Bill paid her back by appointing
her as Ambassador to France.
Another Harriman/Bush friend, Eugene Stetson ('34), was an assistant manager
for Prescott Bush at Brown Brothers, Harriman's New York office. He organized
the H. Smith Richardson Foundation. The foundation, in the late 1950s,
participated in the MKULTRA, the CIA's domestic covert psychological warfare
operation. The Richardson Foundation helped to finance the testing of
psychotropic drugs, including LSD, at Bridgewater Hospital in Massachusetts,
the center of some of the most brutal MK-ULTRA experiments.
During the Iran-Contra operations, the H. Smith Richardson Foundation was a
"private donors steering committee," working with the National Security
Council to co-ordinate the Office of Public Diplomacy. This was an effort to
propagandize in favor of and run cover for the Iran-Contra operations, and to
coordinate published attacks on opponents of the program.
The H. Smith Richardson Foundation also runs the Center for Creative
Leadership at Langley to "train leaders of the CIA," as well as another
center near Greensboro, North Carolina, that trains CIA and Secret Service
Agents. Almost everyone who achieves the military rank of general also gets
this training.
This is just the tip of an iceberg. You also have eugenics and population
control, suppressed history and technology, yearly retreats, profitable
partnerships with brutal dictators, deals with "terrorists", the involvement
of the Knights of Malta, war-mongering and profiteering, mind-control, secret
societies for teens, ritual magic and more -- all spinning the dark threads
in the web of conspiracy that our spinning blue ball has gotten caught in.
We've got a whole new crop of "Bonesmen" coming up, including George H.W.
Bush's son George W. Bush ('68), Governor of Texas.

I've been thinking: why do they want us to send our money via EFT. It's not like they need it like a private corp would. My first thought was it gave them better control somehow, but I couldn't figure out how. Now I think I've got it. Banks used to make a lot of money acting as tax collectors for the govt. The govt is squeezing out the middleman, right? So the question is: who's got the monopoly on fees for EFTs? Want to be it'll turn out to be Standard Oil's Citi-Bank? I don't like feeling that cynical about the govt I once served proudly, but how can you help it? Look around you. Why did we "save" the Royal Family in Kuwait, and why did we look the other way when they exported all the commoners to lands of their forefathers? Why are we willing to blockade the people of Cuba because we don't like their chosen leader? Ditto for Austria. Remember the "gay" rooster? Sometimes things aren't what the appear. Starr wasn't a hardnosed prosecutor, he was a pussycat. Bill Clinton didn't go to Bangkok, Indonesia and all these little nations to take in the sights. With votescam and the "stealing" of the presidency that it represents, as well as the behind-the-doors deal-making that goes on, it is a wonder to me that anyone thinks that anything happens by chance, or the "will of the people". The more I perceive of the conspiratorial nature of the society we live in the more I am convinced of the validity of these "rogue" groups and elite controllers (or would-be controllers) running the schemes that give us the legacy that we have today.
