In the 16th Century, Martin Luther, the great reformer accused the Jews of:
squeezing from us our money and goods...of lying, blaspheming and cursing.

He went on to say: I will give you my true counsel. First, avoid their
synagogues and schools and warn our people about them...there is more wisdom uttered
in three of Aesop's fables, than in all the books of the Talmudist rabbis. Yet in
spite of this warning, Luther's books are now banned in Lutheran schools.

It will do us little good to attack the arms of this world-wide octopus. The
filthy arms of prostitution, drugs, pornography, immorality -- you recognize most of
them, I am sure. It will do us little good to march before the abortion clinics and
before the theaters which display a filthy, blasphemous movie such as THE LAST
TEMPTATION OF CHRIST, as long as the head is allowed to remain healthy.

Most of the well known Christian leaders who protested the movie, were more
concerned of the movie, than in its contents and what it would do to their people. How
many of them do you know that have even told their people that the producers of this
movie were Jews and that the studio that produced it was Jew owned and run?

I dare you, as concerned Americans to look behind the facade of Hollywood and
see those who seek to destroy Christian values. I dare you to look at the names of
those who are seeking to destroy the economic stability of America in order to further
their control.

I challenge you to look and then act, for you will find most of the top
leaders in this Plot to Destroy Christianity, are Jewish names. These must be
exposed, if we are to remain free. They have already taken prayer and Bible reading
from our schools; crosses from our hillsides, and nativity scenes from our courtyard
square.

This is a Christian Nation. If they wish to live as Jews, then let them abide
by our laws, not try and destroy them and set up their own filthy standards.

When this is shown beyond a shadow of a doubt, then it lies within our rights,
to defend our Christian way of life, our faith, our race, our country and our freedom,
with any means that is at hand. If this means evicting the Jews from America, as has
happened to them before, then that means will be taken. But through God's help, we
will defend our faith, our race, and our freedom against this godless enemy and we
will consider their Christian stooges in America as our enemy too.

WE WILL NEVER SURRENDER! Our freedom was not bought and paid for at Valley
Forge, that was only the down payment on freedom. Every generation must be willing
to make payment on this account, if they are to remain free. BEFORE GOD, WE INTEND TO
DO JUST THAT!

Totalitarianism nears
Without protest, Americans are giving up freedom
By GLEN T. MARTIN
Thursday, January 02, 2003

IN NAZI Germany at this time of year, people freely shopped in large department
stores for gifts for family and friends. The streets were full of traffic. It
was business as usual for most of the citizens. While in the colonial states
conquered by the Nazis, and in the concentrations camps for Jews, gays and
communists, life was a living nightmare of dehumanization and human-rights
violations.

In the United States today, people freely shop in large department stores for
gifts, and the streets are full of traffic. While in our most recent victim
states of Afghanistan, Iraq under murderous sanctions, Argentina after
engineering its economic collapse, and Colombia under U.S. military aid for
repression, life is a living nightmare of dehumanization and human-rights
violations.

But what once separated the United States from Nazi Germany was the protection
of civil liberties for American citizens. People of Germany had no rights and
did not care. Those few who did care were so terrified of their government that
they did not dare to speak out. Those who did speak out were declared enemy
agents and sent to concentration camps.

Today, people of the United States have given up their rights through the
Patriot Act, the Homeland Security Act and the Pentagon's new system of
Total Information Awareness. The astonishing thing about this land of the
free is that most Americans now have no effective rights and do not care.

As long as they are free to shop in department stores and have traffic in the
streets (with automobiles burning oil stolen from dying Iraqi children), they
do not care. And to a greater degree every day, those few who do care about our
liberties and rights are too terrified of our government to speak out.

The so-called Patriot Act expanded our government's secret search and
wiretapping powers enormously. It empowered racial profiling as a recognized
police practice and allowed broad sweeps of people of Middle Eastern or Asian
origin. It effectively abolished immigrants' rights, allowing noncitizens to be
held in secret locations on secret evidence, without right to an attorney,
for as long as the government wishes.

The government now has the power to enter your home or your computer and
secretly record whatever they find without ever having to notify you. They do
not even have to obtain a warrant from a publicly accountable judge showing
reasonable suspicion that a crime is being committed.

Wisconsin Democratic Sen. Russ Feingold spoke the following words from the
Senate floor on Oct. 11, 2001, when he was the only senator to vote against
Attorney General John Ashcroft's USA Patriot Act: There is no doubt that if
we lived in a police state, it would be easier to catch terrorists. If we lived
in a country where police were allowed to search your home at any time for any
reason; if we lived in a country where the government is entitled to open your
mail, eavesdrop on your phone conversations, or intercept your e-mail
communications; if we lived in a country where people could be held in jail
indefinitely based on what they write or think, or based on mere suspicion that
they are up to no good, the government would probably discover more terrorists
or would-be terrorists! But that wouldn't be a country in which we would want
to live.

But today, it has gotten worse with the passage of the Homeland Security Act.
Notice that these titles, Patriot and Homeland, sound very much like the
language of the Nazis. A common slogan of the Nazi regime was the highest
freedom is a noble slavery of the heart. People are free, the slogan meant,
when they have enslaved their hearts to the homeland in absolute obedience
to their government. Deutschland, Deckhand, uber alles! they shouted. Blind
loyalty, patriotism, and emotion must triumph over liberty, reason and sound
judgment.

Under the U.S. Homeland Security Act (our rights again given away freely by a
bipartisan Congress), 22 U.S. agencies are combined in order to achieve total
information awareness on every American citizen. The government will soon be
amassing a file on every American that includes every magazine subscription,
credit card purchase, Web site visit, medical record, library record, bank
deposit or withdrawals, every airline purchase, as well as judicial, divorce
records, and so on. This will be recorded in a central data base, not by a
publicly accountable authority, but by the Pentagon, which already operates
in total secrecy from the American public.

Government intimidation for political reasons is real and it has begun. Our
government already is using its secret data bases to harass Americans.
Political activists checking in at airports at the airline desk have had their
names come up from a secret government list as flight risks. They and their
luggage have been supersearched to the point where they are

Arabs, Pakistanis crowd into Canada
to escape U.S. crackdown on illegals

Immigration officers at Canadian-U.S. border crossings have been
swamped since New Year's Day by a flood of hundreds of
undocumented Pakistanis and Arabs attempting to claim refugee
status as the U.S. cracks down on illegal immigrants as part of its
war on terrorism.

The surge at crossings in Quebec, Ontario, and, to a lesser extent,
British Columbia, appears to reflect mounting fear among foreigners
without legal status in the United States, particularly those of Middle
Eastern, South Asian, and North African origin, that they now face a
greater risk of deportation from the United States.

''It's too dangerous to stay; I'm too frightened by the mood in the
U.S.,'' Tariq Mohammed, 27, a Pakistani told the Boston Globe. He
said he had overstayed a student visa by seven years to take a
succession of jobs - the last as assistant manager of a warehouse
in Rhode Island. He arrived in Montreal yesterday and hopes
Canada will grant him permanent asylum.

''Until 9/11, America had a tolerance for the people who work hard.
Even if [we] were technically breaking some law of immigration or
legal residency, no one cared,'' he said. ''But now, I am too afraid of
arrest and deportation. America is so full of hatred and vengeance
toward Muslims. So I come to Canada, a more humanitarian place.''

Under the ''smart border'' agreement reached by Ottawa and
Washington last month, refugee claimants who arrive at Canadian
entry points from the United States will, in most cases, automatically
be turned back and forced to take their chances under the stricter
U.S. system. No firm date has been set for implementing the
agreement, but it could take effect as early as spring.

Similar dramatic increases in refugee applicants, most without
passports or carrying questionable documents, occurred at
crossings in Fort Erie, Ontario – near Buffalo – and Windsor,
Ontario, just across from Detroit.

The U.S. Patriot Act, passed in 2001, has given the Justice
Department broad powers to detain non-citizens on national security
grounds, to hold them in custody indefinitely, or deport them to their
countries of origin. Other sweeping new laws and regulations
require ''non-permanent'' U.S. residents from at least
20 nations in the Middle East, South Asia, and North Africa to
register with federal authorities by the end of next month,
provoking fears of mass deportations.

Law enforcement officials in the United States and Canada confirm
that as many as 19 individuals of Middle Eastern and Pakistani
origin might have illegally entered the United States on
Dec. 24, not just the five who this week became the focus of an
international manhunt led by the FBI.

The search was triggered by information gained during the breakup
of a sophisticated document-forging ring in Ontario, according to law
enforcement officials. The forgers appear to have provided the fake
passports, false names, and photographs under which the
individuals may have infiltrated the United States by way of Canada,
possibly on a terror mission, although the FBI
stressed that it does not know their true identities or their reasons
for coming to the United States.

Canada has been criticized by the United States, France, and other
Western nations for generous immigration and refugee policies that
have made it an easy hiding place, base of operations,
and fund-raising center for international terrorists.

Last month, court documents filed by the Canadian Security
Intelligence Service indicated that al-Qaida operatives disguised as
working immigrants are positioned in Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver,
and other Canadian centers, maintaining frequent contact with
similar ''sleeper cells'' in the United States.

  TERRORIST LEADER KILLED IN CHECHNYA

One of the Chechen terrorist leaders, Sabiyev, was killed in the
Shalinsky district in Chechnya.

Yesterday, an unknown individual opened fire against federal
servicemen who were carrying out address checks in the
Germenchuk settlement. The offender was shot dead in retaliatory
fire, the Russian Interior Ministry reported on Saturday.

The militant turned out to be an active member of separatists' gang,
the so-called emir of the local jamaat, Sabiyev.

Two servicemen wounded in the skirmish received medical
treatment. The police found two Kalashnikov guns, a Kenwood radio
station and a Makarov gun at the incident site.

French rabbi got death threat before stabbing
ASSOCIATED PRESS

PARIS, Jan. 4 —A French rabbi received a death threat vowing revenge
for Palestinians just hours before he was stabbed in a Paris synagogue,
his associates said Saturday.

The attacker wore a motorcycle helmet and shouted ''God is
great'' in Arabic before fleeing, Farhi said.

Just hours earlier, the rabbi received a threatening letter
vowing to ''avenge the blood of our Palestinian brothers,''
according to the Liberal Jewish Movement of France, a group founded
by Farhi's father.

''Having set fire to his synagogue, we will take our revenge
directly against him,'' the group cited the letter as saying.

Farhi's synagogue was damaged by fire in May.

''To succumb to such pressures and blackmail would encourage
extremists of all types,'' Farhi said Saturday.

Anti-Jewish violence increased in France after
Israeli-Palestinian fighting broke out in September 2000 and has
continued to mount since the Sept. 11 terror attacks on the United
States.

France has both large Jewish and Muslim communities.

Paris Mayor Bertrand Delanoe, himself a recent stabbing victim,
denounced the attack as ''an odious aggression.''

In a statement, Delanoe said he hopes the attacker will be
caught and bought to justice quickly. He expressed ''profound
solidarity with Rabbi Farhi and his family'' and sympathy to the
Jewish community.

On Oct. 6, Delanoe underwent emergency surgery shortly after
being stabbed in the abdomen at City Hall by a man who said he
disliked homosexuals.

Nuns as sexual victims get little notice
By Bill Smith

Already shaken by a yearlong sex abuse scandal involving priests
and minors, the Roman Catholic Church has yet to face another
critical challenge - how to help thousands of nuns who say they
have been sexually victimized.

A national survey, completed in 1996 but intentionally never
publicized, estimates that a minimum of 34,000 Catholic nuns, or
about 40 percent of all nuns in the United States, have suffered
some form of sexual trauma.

Some of that sexual abuse, exploitation or harassment has come at
the hands of priests and other nuns in the church, the report said.
The survey was conducted by researchers at St. Louis University
and was paid for, in part, by several orders of Catholic nuns.

The study, recently obtained by the Post-Dispatch, indicates that the
victimization often has had devastating psychological effects on the
women. Many of the nuns said they were left with feelings of anger,
shame, anxiety and depression. Some said it made them consider
leaving religious life, and a few said they had attempted suicide.

These women have been the stalwarts of the church for centuries,
and a significant percentage of them have been victimized as a
result of the structure of the very institution to which they have
dedicated their lives, said study co-author John T. Chibnall, a
research psychologist and associate professor at St. Louis
University.

Another of the researchers, Ann Wolf, said she believes it is vital
that the Catholic Church recognize the problem.

The bishops appear to be only looking at the issue of child sexual
abuse, but the problem is bigger than that, Wolf said. Catholic
sisters are being violated, in their ministries, at work, in pastoral
counseling.

A spokeswoman for the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops said
the group was unaware of the St. Louis University study on nuns
and its members have not addressed the issue. Officials with local
orders of nuns who participated in the study say they remain
concerned but have made no changes as a result of the report.

The survey is the only national scientific study dealing with the
sexual victimization of nuns in the Catholic Church, according to its
researchers. Despite the scope of its findings several years ago, no
further studies have been done, they say.

The survey also solicited comments - many of them poignant - from
the nuns who were questioned.

Of the more than 1,100 surveys returned to the university, several
included brief, personal stories from women who said they had been
targeted. One woman wrote that after a priest fondled one of her
breasts during confession, she remained so upset that she did not
return to confession for the next 18 years.

Another wrote that as a young girl, her uncle, who also was a priest,
insisted on touching holy oil to her genital area to keep me safe
while dating. Later, her superiors forced her to attend religious
retreats with the same uncle, she said.

Still another wrote that a priest-therapist treating her for severe
depression encouraged her to become involved in sexual
experimentation. The woman said she later began a relationship
with another nun.

Several of the women said such research was long overdue.
Thanks for taking the time to admit there is a problem in this area,
wrote one. Best wishes. God bless.

Study is kept quiet
Findings of the study were published in two religious research
journals in the spring and winter of 1998 but have never been
reported by the mainstream press.

Review for Religious, published at St. Louis University, printed a
summary of the survey results in its May-June 1998 issue. Review
of Religious Research, an academic journal published by the
Religious Research Association, printed the full results in December
of that year.

Both are respected journals with limited circulations.

Chibnall said researchers agreed not to prepare a press release
about the findings because a national women's Catholic group,
Leadership Conference of Women Religious, believed that the
information would be sensationalized.

It was like this: 'We don't wash our dirty laundry in public; we'll take
care of it,' Chibnall said.

Paul N. Duckro, the St. Louis University professor who headed the
survey team, said researchers guaranteed religious communities
that we would not handle this in any way that sought publicity.

The two publications chosen to report the results, Duckro said, were
chosen carefully to get information to the people who needed it but
not out in front of everybody's eyes.

But a former Catholic priest who has said he was sexually abused
as a boy by three different priests said last week that he believes it
is crucial to get the results of the St. Louis University survey to the
public.

Hi there Willie Martin
What did you do? Dig out the master pattern of the Nazi propaganda
machine and plant new facts in the pattern because it worked in the
past? For what reason? To divert attention from what is really going
on or because of your own simplistic thinking? We are now in the
information age and not in the '30s. Any Christian who picks up your
banner is a sucker who would lay the groundwork for his own destruction.
Christians were to be destroyed by the Nazis after the Jews were
destroyed because the numbers of the Jews were smaller. Some things
about the philosophy haven't changed. New Age is the resurgence of
Nazism and its tactics are much more sophisticated than your old
rewiring of Nazi propaganda. Thru New Age Jews are the first targets
and then the Christians. The Nazis failed in their master plan. Why
use their old crap? Jews are now more aware of propaganda techniques
and the more sophisticated are fighting the propaganda of New Age and
fighting your simplistic thinking as a subset of the larger picture.

Already shaken by a yearlong sex abuse scandal involving priests
and minors, the Roman Catholic Church has yet to face another
critical challenge - how to help thousands of nuns who say they
 have been sexually victimized.

A national survey, completed in 1996 but intentionally never

you stand for, not just what you stand against? I ask the same of
Christians who read this: What do you stand for and not just what you

Very few know what New Age thinking is. Do we have to wait 30 years
before academics look back to see what is occurring now?

is what will kill us off in the long run. It is the inability , of both
Jews and non-Jews to distinguish between the 2 that has been the greatest
cause of harm, through misunderstanding, to Jews world-wide.

Morality is only morality when it comes from within, not because it is
mandated by some external threat, whether that threat is the punishment by
god or man.

I have a very strong sense of morality, a sense of outrage at the
mistreatment of humans at the hands of other humans. A sense of outrage
informed by the mores of Jewish culture.

I stand for freedom of thought and action, guided by compassion.

The big questions (all of which really boil down to one question - what does
it mean to be a human?) need to be answered, and sticking to 1 year old
metaphors holds back the entire species from moving on and seeking newer,
better, and more complete answers. It is time to shed the fairy tales of
childhood, and move on.

Quite frankly your initial sentence is extremely Un-Jewish. The Jewish
response to tragedy and oppression has always been humor. (dear god - for
just a little while can't you choose some one else)

Can you define this new age phrase for me? I can't quite get a handle on
what you mean, and thus cannot respond to it. If by new age you mean
unfettered by ancient metaphors that no longer jibe with our understanding
of how the universe works - I am all for it. If you just mean substituting
the majority culture's nonsense with other nonsense, leave me out of it.

Police Dragnets for DNA Tests Draw Criticism
By DAVID M. HALBFINGER BATON ROUGE, La., Jan. 3 — Recently, the police asked Shannon F. Kohler if they could swab the inside of his mouth to analyze his DNA. It was a request they made of 800 men in southern Louisiana as they searched for the serial killer who has slain four young women, leaving behind genetic material in each case. It was his choice, Mr. Kohler said the officers told him, but if he refused, they would get a court order and that would get in the newspapers and then everyone would know he was not cooperating. The approach was heavy-handed and foolish, he said, especially since he has feet much bigger than the prints left by the killer and had phone bills that show he was at home when the murders took place.

kill us off. You say that morality comes from within. Then if morality
comes from within, one cannot depend on what the morality of any

What Thew's view of morality are is just a blip. What antisemites say

you say your personal morality is. In opposition I say that the Jews
hold to the morality of Judaism and that you are outside of the

what you think is the morality of the secular Jewish community.
Morality is the basis of community. When we look to our fellow man, we
need to know what they believe in for our response. Granted that not
everyone who professes to a morality follows it.

New Age morality is based on the idea of what is good for the community
rather than on respect for the individual. Jews were killed off during
the Holocaust because of what the Nazis believed was the good of the

Do you not see your own contradiction here?

Here let me make it explicit:

Morality is the basis of community.

And

New Age morality is based on the idea of what is good for the community
rather than on respect for the individual

My community is somewhat larger than yours I guess - it is not limited by
ethnicity or creed. It is not the community of secular Judaism, nor the
community of Judaism. It is the community of humanity.

My response to another is not based on a need to know what they believe
in - my response is based on what I believe in REGARDLESS of their beliefs.

While I don't think it is particularly healthy for the species for either
fundamentalist Judaism or Christianity to continue, I will fight to the
death the right of individuals to HOLD those beliefs. Your mind is your own.

As I understand what it means to be a good Jew is to repair the shattered
unity of the universe, or in less esoteric terms, to behave in a manner that
increases the overall good and weal of the universe and the individuals in
it.

Behavior not belief defines a good Jew. It also defines a good human being.

As to depending on the morality of others - well that will always fall short
on depending on the morality of one's self.

The key question is how to balance the need for the good of the community
against the need to enhance the freedom of the individual. It is a difficult
line to walk, especially because it is shifting constantly. Not only
constantly, but at an ever increasing rate. That is why we cannot rely
solely on some 5000 year old book and 1 year old metaphors to define
what is or is not moral.

Suicide Bombers Hit Tel Aviv, Killing at Least 15
By REUTERS

Filed at 12:43 p.m. ET

TEL AVIV (Reuters) - At least 15 people were killed and dozens wounded in Israel in two explosions apparently set off by suicide bombers in a crowded area of central Tel Aviv on Sunday, Israeli emergency services said.

It was the first such attack in about six weeks in Israel and came ahead of a Jan. 28 general election for a new prime minister, at a time when security is key to many Israelis more than two years into a Palestinian uprising for statehood.

The emergency services said more than 50 people were wounded, half of them lightly but nine were in serious condition.

``Two explosions happened in parallel streets ... it's a place where there are many foreign workers,'' Yossi Sedbon, Tel Aviv police chief, told Israeli army radio.

``To my sorrow there are deaths,'' he said. ``It seems according to evidence in the area that we are talking of two suicide bombers.''

Alon Oz, an eyewitness, told Army radio:

``I heard the explosion, I felt the shockwave. I realized there would be many casualties. We looked for people who were breathing. I called over to them. I counted quite a few seriously wounded. People were lying there.''

People were sprawled on the streets. Some appeared to be dead, while others were nursing wounds to arms and legs.

Witnesses said there was extensive destruction of nearby buildings and even some people inside houses and shops were among the wounded.

The last suicide attack was on November 21, when a Palestinian suicide bomber blew himself up and killed 11 people on a bus in the Jerusalem suburb of Kiryat Menahem.

Sunday's blasts occurred in quick succession near the old Tel Aviv bus station and a nearby pedestrian mall in the coastal city. Hundreds of people were in the area when the explosions took place.

human brain can discover those natural laws and comprehend
 the universe.

That was an insightful insert. Yes, Asimov was stating ultimate belief in
the human ego, in particular his own. Vanity of vanity; all is vanity.
Rev. Kev can tell us chapter and verse. He can also tell us the bottom
line of that Book (Ecc.) which is serve God. All of CT (Christianity
Today) pays lip service to that conclusion. Ask the Biblethumpers of NOW
TV to tell us what a complete society/culture/nation/whatever would be
like if it were in service to God. Ask the Christian Heritage Party which
flies the banner of the Canadian Constitution, ie Whereas Canada is
founded upon principles that recognize the supremacy of God and they flee
like cockroaches when the light is turned on. So CT stands for
Christianity Today or Cockroaches Today (take your pick). But when fund
raising time comes you can bet your boots that the CT's of CHP on the
Surrey School Board will be telling everyone that a Godly and Biblical
Society is what they have gallantly stood for. However, the Supreme CT of
CHP, Ron Gray, emailed on August 25/02 to say, We cannot know what a
biblical society would be like. See what I mean about CT? Doug Kooy,
Poobah of NOW TV chided me for being too critical and this Supreme CT who
plays mind games aplenty said, I also do not play mind games (Oct 8/02).
Critical? Hmmm? How does hell reckon into that, hell being mentioned twice
as often as heaven in the Gospels. Hell is a very critical place.
And the Book of Revelation tells us that liars and cowards have no place
in heaven. But St. John was too critical, right Doug?

So that is why I would like to see Ingram interviewing on NOW TV. Some
good, honest interviewing on how one's
ideologies/beliefs/religion/faith/whatever fits into public life and
practice for various public figures. Ingram hasn't mentioned it of course
but does anyone want to second my proposal and I will pass it on to the
powers that be in NOW TV? Hey, maybe I can be the first guest on
INGRAM-NOW. I would like to talk about Hell and CT, Robopope and all
sorts of other politically correct good stuff.

Here, St. Automatos is a point where we intersect.

We both want to substitute mindless programs for mindless preaching and CT
teaching? Or does the evolving new species, robo sapiens, have a destiny
to be a higher consciousness than homo sapiens? I'd like to have my INGRAM
NOW interview preceded by a 2 minute rock video clip called Points of
Authority by Lincoln Park. Anybody see it? It BLASTS the senses with
the sights and sounds of a future in which robo sapiens is the dominant
species and homo sapiens are kept around as heads on life support systems.
Sort of pets for the robots. Far fetched? Not at all. The
surgeon-researcher Dr. White commented in Scientific American that his
experiments on life support for detached monkey heads was proceeding well
and he expected to be successful with homo saps monkey heads in a decade.
That article is now several years old. BTW, I also read a Vatican ethics
commentary on the work of Dr. White and while the Vaticanites object to
Raelian cloning, they do not object to monkey brains on a stick...perhaps
they see this as their own future.

 I know that
this is possible and in point of fact the ONLY way in which
humans will ever get to the bottom of their ontological quest for
knowledge and certainty. Belief I'm not big on as that's the
domain of the woolies who love to believe whatever their priests
tell them and give of their fleece willingly all the while believing
that they are going to some place really good in the end.

Well, this is kind of semantics. Call it belief, ideology, religion,
whatever. Whatever...robots can do it better. They will flawlessly spew
the pious platitudes, metaphysical mumbo jumbo, lame liturgy and canned
catechism we find on Now TV, now. Time to bring in INGRAM, stage left, I
say! Second the motion?

What marks Buddhism as different from mainstream religions is
that it doesn't recognize a God or Gods and that ultimately its very
basis or foundation rests on pure materialism and the
knowledge that the physical universe (infinite and eternal) is the
 only REALITY

IMHO this is debatable but Mr.

Madonna reportedly fed up with English way of life
January 6 2003

US pop star Madonna, who ascended into Britain's high society with her marriage to film
director Guy Ritchie, said she is fed up with everything that is English, according
to a
British press report.
The 44-year-old vegetarian and yoga convert, thinks hunting game and deer is
barbaric,
and so much so, that she will no longer tolerate 34-year-old husband Guy's involvement
in
the sport at their home in Wiltshire, south-west England.
The deeper problem however, according to the Daily Mail, is that Madonna's love affair
with
the English way of life is coming to an end.
She hates the weather, the people, and above all hunting, the report said, and
besides,
Guy's hunting parties with his friends are too buddyish for her.
Madonna, who was enthusiastic at first, fitted herself out from head-to-toe in
traditional
tweeds, a hunting cap and rubber boots but later told her husband why he should retreat
from the sport.

Her decision was made on the basis of protecting the souls of the poor birds who were
being shot.
But according to the Mail, Madonna only came to this realisation after her own shooting
abilities proved to be a total flop.

Mouse testicles hot seller for reported infertility cure
January 6 2003

Mouse testicles have become a hot seller in Taiwan after five infertile couples
conceived
successfully by eating dishes containing the sperm-producing organs.
The craze took hold after a bulldozer driver in the southern county of Pingtung,
identified as
Hsueh Ting-fu, and his wife conceived their long-awaited baby about a month ago, the
United Daily News said.
The couple had previously consulted western medical doctors but were not given the
cause
of their infertility, the paper said.
Hsueh and his wife first learned that the mouse testicles were helpful to fertility
two months
ago when they were taken by a friend to a local restaurant to taste a dish made from
the
organs.
They then bought six kg of raw mouse testicles (which seems an awful lot of mice) at
the
restaurant, which had become part of their daily meals for more than a month until the
wife
was diagnosed as pregnant, it said.

Restaurant owner Lin Chia-ho told the paper that Hsueh and his wife had shared their
experience with a number of infertile couples, and four other women had conceived so
far.
Lin said mouse testicles were now in short supply in his restaurant, with some orders
placed
from the neighbouring Tainan County.
Taiwanese believe the animal organs they eat will strengthen functions of the same
organs
in their own bodies.
But gynaecologist Chen Chung-jen was sceptical of the curing effect of the mouse
testicles,
advising infertile couples to seek medical help before trying folk methods not
scientifically
proved.

Madonna reportedly fed up with English way of life
 January 6 2003

US pop star Madonna, who ascended into Britain's high society with her
 marriage to film
director Guy Ritchie, said she is fed up with everything that is
 English, according to a
 British press report.
The 44-year-old vegetarian and yoga convert, thinks hunting game and deer
 is barbaric,
and so much so, that she will no longer tolerate 34-year-old husband Guy's
 involvement in
the sport at their home in Wiltshire, south-west England.
The deeper problem however, according to the Daily Mail, is that Madonna's
 love affair with
the English way of life is coming to an end.
She hates the weather, the people, and above all hunting, the report
 said, and besides,
Guy's hunting parties with his friends are too buddyish for her.
Madonna, who was enthusiastic at first, fitted herself out from
 head-to-toe in traditional
tweeds, a hunting cap and rubber boots but later told her husband why he
 should retreat
 from the sport.

Her decision was made on the basis of protecting the souls of the poor
 birds who were
 being shot.
But according to the Mail, Madonna only came to this realisation after her
 own shooting
abilities proved to be a total flop.

Even as President Bush reiterated on Friday that it is not too late to avert war if Saddam Hussein fully complies with the weapons inspections by the United Nations, military analysts say that the bombing, almost daily, by US jets over the mandated no-fly zone, coupled with Special Forces and CIA officers operating inside Iraq, means that a quiet, barely noticed fight has been unfolding.

 OATHS AND HONOURS

Calls in Wales and Mann to end sycophantic oath of allegiance to the
Crown. N. Ireland has already consigned it to the dustbin of history

The contentious issue of oaths of allegiances and the Honours system
provoked controversy in various parts of the Celtic world over the
 festive period.

In Mann the leader of the Manx Nationalist Party, Mec Vannin, issued a
stinging denunciation of the honours system after it was revealed that
a former Chief Secretary to the Manx government had received the OBE.

Mark Kermode, Chairman of Mec Vannin, also used the opportunity
provided by the annual Illiam Dhone commemoration (at which
nationalists remember the matyrdom of a 17th century hero) to question
the political morality of requiring those wishing to stand for the
Manx parliament to have to swear an oath of allegiance if elected and
also the requirement to declare your nationality as British on
 electoral nomination forms.

However, it was not just in the Isle of Man that the relevance and
validity of the oath and other Royal encumbrances was exciting
 passions.

In Cymru, the Welsh Assembly's Presiding Officer sparked a
 constitutional
row by calling for the oath of allegiance to the Queen, sworn by
 Assembly
 members, to be scrapped.

Lord Dafydd Elis-Thomas said loyalty to the Crown should not be a test
of members' ability to represent the people of Wales.

In an article in the left-wing Plaid Cymru on-line magazine, Triban
Coch, he also went further suggesting that the prefix Royal should
be dropped from the names of the Royal Welsh Show and the Royal
 National Eisteddfod.

 Lord Elis-Thomas told Triban Coch:

It [the oath of allegiance] doesn't happen in Northern Ireland and
 they shouldn't have it here.

It should not be a test of one's ability to represent the people of
Wales to have to assent to an oath to the Monarch.

He said that he would try to use a second Government of Wales Bill to
abolish the oath and went on:

We can stop inviting the Royal family, all we have got to do is by
resolution decide we don't want to have anything to do with them.

The comments have provoked a predictable response from supporters of
the Crown and doubtless the parallel comment made in Mann by Mark
 Kermode will attract criticism.

However, it is clear now that as the former United Kingdom fragments
more people are prepared to speak out and seek an end to the
 sycophancy of these historical irrelevancies.

[CTRL] ACUTE KNOWLEDGE OF IRAQ

2003-01-05 Thread Euphorian
-Caveat Lector-

BUSH ADMINISTRATION HAD ACUTE KNOWLEDGE OF
IRAQ'S MILITARY INDUSTRIALIZATION PLANS
Henry B. Gonzalez, (TX-20)
(House of Representatives - July 27, 1992)
http://www.fas.org/spp/starwars/congress/1992/h920727g.ht
m

[Page: H6696]

The SPEAKER pro tempore. Under a previous order of the
House, the gentleman from Texas [Mr. Gonzalez] is
recognized for 60

minutes.

Mr. GONZALEZ. Mr. Speaker, last week I showed that this
administration, President Bush's administration, deliberately
and not inadvertently helped to arm Iraq by allowing United
States technology to be shipped to the Iraqi military and to
the Iraqi weapons factories. Throughout the course of the
Bush administration, United States and foreign firms were
granted export licenses to ship United States technology
directly to Iraqi weapons facilities, despite ample evidence
showing that these factories were producing weapons.

[TIME: 1610]

I also showed how the President misled the Congress and
the public about the role United States firms played in arming
Iraq.

Today I will show that the highest levels of the Bush
administration, including the President himself, had specific
knowledge of Iraq's military industrialization plans, and
despite that knowledge, the President mandated the policy of
coddling Saddam Hussein as spelled out in National Security
Directive 26 (NSD-26) issued in October 1989. This policy
was not changed until after the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait, by
which time the Bush administration had sent Saddam
Hussein billions of dollars in United States financial
assistance, technology and useful military intelligence
information.

I will also show how the President's policy of appeasing
Saddam Hussein was at odds with those in the
administration who saw Iraq as a major proliferation threat.
This will help set the stage for next week's report which will
discuss Iraq's clandestine technology procurement network
and the Italian bank agency in Atlanta's role in funding that
network.

We will bring out the very intricate system which up to now
has not been elaborated upon other than through the great
alarm sounded by the Commodity Credit Corporation's
extension of guarantees through the letters of credit that were
issued by this bank. But it was more intricate, it was a lot
more elaborate, and it was very well thought out by these
overseas students or system, and its gaps, and its failures,
which is the reason that I am here today and have from the
beginning spoken out, that is on the vulnerability of our
financial banking system to these external forces.

I would like to emphasize, however, that the administration
knew about the procurement network, and I indicated some
of that last week, and decided to go ahead and tolerate it.

From the beginning of the Bush administration Iraq received
billions in United States financial assistance and
sophisticated United States technology, what actually had
started under President Reagan's first term in 1983 when the
President took Iran off of the list of nations that he had listed
as terrorist nations.

As is well known, the largest financial aid program for Iraq
was the Commodity Credit Corporation and their export
guarantee program. Between 1983 and the invasion of
Kuwait in 1990, Iraq received $5 billion in CCC guarantees
that allowed them to purchase United States agricultural
products on credit. Over half of that program or $2.6 billion
was authorized during the first 2 1/2 years of this
administration, the Bush administration.

The CCC program was the single largest chunk of financial
assistance that Iraq received from what we call the West. It
helped to feed the people of Iraq, and it freed up scarce
resources that were first used to purchase weapons to fight
the war against Iran, and later, during the Bush
administration, it freed up resources, and those that were
freed up were ploughed into Iraq's military industrialization
program.

There have been many allegations, and there are still
ongoing investigations that are attempting to determine if Iraq
was diverting CCC guaranteed commodities to purchase
weapons. And as I said from the beginning when I first
started out on this 2 years ago exactly this month of July,
there is not and never has been any attempt to verify the end
use of the guarantees, that is the loan guarantees and the
commodities as they were supposed to have been delivered.
But there is still some investigations.

When we started ours, as it was in the beginning, has been
and will continue to be, my single-minded purpose was the
shoring up of the most vulnerable aspects of our national
interest, and that is the banking and financial oversight or
regulatory which is full of just absolute gaps, and loopholes,
and we have been better analyzed by people all the way from
Asia to Europe and the Middle East who have studied these
vulnerabilities for years and are still making ample use.

As I have said repeatedly, my most worrisome problem is
that there is no telling how

[CTRL] Reinstate the Draft

2003-01-05 Thread Euphorian
-Caveat Lector-

Reinstate the Draft

Bill Berkowitz - WorkingForChange

01.03.03 - It's fair, it's equitable and it's the patriotic thing to do. For those
privileged
Americans who have been historically underrepresented in America's military, it's time
for an
affirmative action plan. Americans need to move beyond mouthing slogans and posting
flag
decals on their SUVs and pick-up trucks, and stand up for their country. I never
thought I'd
be saying this, but it's time to bring back The Draft.

Everyone gets an opportunity to serve -- National Football League players, major league
baseball players, Hollywood stars, the neighborhood butcher, hip-hop artists,
Senators' sons
and daughters, Cabinet Secretarys’ youngsters -- no excuses, no special deals for cushy
National Guard placements, no college deferments, no slithering out.

This time around the draft will not only supply the armed services, but it will also
create a
cadre of community workers. Not community policemen. Not Operation TIPS wannabes.
Rather, a genuine community service core to support child care projects and public
education, senior citizen care, medical clinics, environmental clean-up, etcetera.

Everyone will serve. Everyone will be paid a living wage to help make America a better
place
to live.

Rangel's modest proposal

I came to this position while watching one of New York City's most liberal Congressmen,
Democrat Charles Rangel, boldly advocate the reinstatement of the draft during several
television appearances the day before New Years Eve.

With a twinkle in his eye, Rangel, a decorated combat veteran of the Korean War, told
talk-
show hosts on MSNBC and the Fox News Channel that all Americans should share in the
sacrifice necessary to pursue President Bush's permanent war against terrorism. And, he
added, all Americans should have the opportunity to be real patriots, not
bumper-sticker or
sunshine patriots.

In a New York Times piece on Tuesday, December 31, Congressman Rangel wrote: I
believe that if we are going to send our children to war, the governing principle must
be that
of shared sacrifice. Rangel, who intends to introduce legislation to reinstate the
military
draft, wrote I believe that if those calling for war knew that their children were
likely to be
required to serve -- and to be placed in harm's way -- there would be more caution and
a
greater willingness to work with the international community in dealing with Iraq. A
renewed
draft will help bring a greater appreciation of the consequences of decisions to go to
war.

Drafting away

Some of you may be old enough to remember the Draft. For most young men, turning 18
was marked by a letter from your local draft board advising you of the time and place
to
report for your Army physical. The draft became a flashpoint for protest against the
Vietnam
War and was abolished by President Nixon in 1973 to diffuse political turmoil.

The draft was always inequitable. Most of those who actually wound up serving on the
front
lines in Vietnam were poor and working class -- and disproportionately people of color.
Upper- and middle-class kids figured out any number of schemes to avoid being drafted.
Many went to college and received student deferments. Others, when they showed up for
their physical, said or did some mighty weird things to avoid being seen as acceptable;
brought letters from psychiatrists; stayed up days on end so as to appear so messed up
that
no branch of service would want them in their ranks.

Some, among the more privileged, while claiming to support the war, avoided the draft
by
signing up for spots in the Reserves. By now, we all are aware that numerous Bush
Administration chicken hawks cleverly avoided service to their country. (For more on
this
see the comprehensive listing of right-wing draft dodgers at the Chickenhawk Database.)

The words of folksinger/activist Phil Ochs' Draft Dodger Rag comes to mind:

PRESIDENT BUSH'S REMARKS ON U.S. MILITARY DOMINANCE TO THE ASSEMBLED
TROOPS OF FORT HOOD, TEXAS
Statement by the President

THE PRESIDENT: Good morning, Army men.

(Group shout of GOOD MORNING MISTER PRESIDENT, SIR!)

It is so good to be back in Texas for the first of my annual twelve extended holidays.
I can't
tell you how refreshing it is to mingle with all the regular folks of this grand,
Yankee-hating,
unregulated industry- loving state of well-manicured, Viagra-popping cowboy paranoids.
And
it is doubly neat to stand here before you boys - and patriotically closeted lezbos -
and
breathe in your collective ass-kicking body odor. That's the smell of American
Justice, and I
take great pleasure in knowing it's the last thing my personal enemies will be
sniffing before
drowning in buckets of their own blood!

(Cheers.)

As you sorry underclass grunts in the military know, there are two realities: what
civilians
want to hear, and the truth. So you'll forgive me if my remarks today aren't filled
with a bunch
of politically correct bullshit. We understand each other - you kill for money, and my
morally
bankrupt posse of visionless corporate vaqueros and I give you the assassination orders
wrapped in a soggy hamburger bun of vacuous patriotism.

Today, I wanted to reiterate for all of you the longstanding Pentagon policy which
states that
America has the capability to fight and win two wars simultaneously. This policy has
never
been more true than today. Presumably, these two conflicts would be fought in Asia or
the
Middle East. But this morning, I had a big idea over my bowl of Grape Nuts, and I
wanted to
share it with you fighting fellas before anyone else.

You see, I'm a Texan - or so says my heavily edited bio - and I like things BIG. So
while
Senator Doctor Frist and I spin the public's wheels with fantasies of workable health
care
legislation, I am going to dispatch Secretary of Defense Rumsfeld to increase our
military
capability. Instead of two wars, I want to have the capacity to fight SIX WARS at once
and
lick each and every motherfucker who steps up to the flaming paddle plate for his
righteous
ass beating.

Currently, we would win these economy-enriching, election-capturing wars if the six
offending countries were Holland, New Zealand, Luxembourg, Vermont, Narnia, and
Education.

(Cheers.)

But wait, there's more! Starting today, every Friday in the mess hall is
all-you-can-eat
jalapeno popper night!

(Primal howls.)

Now, since we're all friends: I don't think anyone will disagree with me when I state
the
obvious fact that the military is a de facto suckling pig gnawing on the Republican
tit? I
mean, ain't any cocksucking hippies out there, right?

(Shouts of NO, SIR!)

Well, don't forget it! Remember that our party is the anti-big government party. We're
against using your hard-earned tax dollars to buy feed for lazy, darkie cripples.
We're against
regulating my crony buddies, who just want to make sure their great-great-great
grandchildren have enough blood money to employ thousands of mutant Iraqis as toilet
scrubbers in their lunar pod-cities. We're against health coverage for children stupid
enough
to be born poor.

So, before I jump back on my copter and take a nap, I just want to take a moment to
thank
Jesus Christ for putting the largest, porkiest military base here in self-reliant
Texas.

God bless all of you. And providing you don't go AWOL like I did, I promise to call
your
mommas personally when and if you're killed while fighting to protect the business
interests
of my family.

(Cheers.)

December 2002

Christian Moviegoers Beware!
The Two Towers is Homo Slang For Erect Hobbit Penises

Important Notice For Christian Parents

The new movie, The Two Towers makes up for its lack of on screen sex scenes with some
of
the most horrifying, blood wrenching violence ever to splatter the silver screen.
That's why,
at first glance, the film is very appealing to True Christians®, says Pastor Deacon
Fred.
However, we must be careful not to get overly excited about movies that come so close
to
depicting what our loving Lord Jesus has in store for sinners. Christians know that
nothing
man could ever conceive on film will ever match the glorious barbecue of burning flesh
that
God has promised for all those who don't worship Jesus. I doubt Hollywood could ever
litter
a whole valley with hacked up pieces of human flesh and body parts, or fill a river
with the
hot, fresh steaming blood of the unsaved. Only the Lord can do that! And the Bible
tells us
He will! As True Christians®, we are promised front row seats for that glorious show.
And the
price for admission was covered 2,000 years ago by Jesus' death, burial, and
resurrection!
And friends, the reviews for that show, even though it hasn't happened yet, are
already in.
And they are raves. Five stars! You see, the Lord's Word tells us that once the world
is
covered with rotting corpses, saved Christians will rejoice over them and make merry,
and
shall send gifts to one another (Revelation 11:5-10). Praise! Now, as a True
Christian, that
is the type of spoiler I don't mind! I think I speak for all Baptists when I say,
'Bring on the
rotting bodies, sweet Jesus!'

Pastor Deacon Fred went on to note that although the violence in The Two Towers film is
some of the best he's ever seen outside of the Holy Bible, that the hidden sexual
agenda in
the movie makes it unwatchable to anyone other than a qualified minister of God.

Pastors who were allowed to see the first film, The Fellowship of the Ring, remember
that
toward the end, one of the male hobbits (which is slang for homo boy with a little
bitty [insert
unchristian word here] hanging between his legs) fell so much in love with the main
character, Frodo (another male hobbit), that he committed the ultimate homosexual
sacrifice
by ruining his hairdo and nearly drowning himself to prove his loyalty. Although
sodomy is
now suggested in nearly every scene where the two creatures appear together,
thankfully,
the producers leave the disgusting homosexuality (which was so much a part of the
novels)
off camera. There are some scenes where the hobbits appear together in one sleeping bag
and a lewd discussion about what sinful act led to both their palms and feet becoming
so
hairy, but that's about it. “By moving dozens of deviant sex scenes between those
hairy little
perverts off screen, the producers were able to achieve a PG13 rating, says Pastor
Deacon
Fred. And make no mistake, my dear friends; here at Landover Baptist, PG means 'pretty
gay.'

Although we don't know too much about the director of The Two Towers movie, we are told
that he was plucked from the overweight, unkempt men with glasses who play Dungeons
and Dragons and live in their mother's basement crowd. This type of person is part of a
dangerous and destructive class of sissified sex- perverts who can't tell the
difference
between fantasy and reality. Their type force American Christians to participate in
their make
believe worlds by creating movies, online role-playing games, and books of fiction.
If we
could only get these fat little momma's boys to take a bath and sit in a Baptist
Church on a
Sunday Morning, they would be able to hear true stories from the Holy Bible about
talking
snakes (Genesis 3:1), a time when giants roamed the Earth (Genesis 6:4), a guy who
stops
the sun from moving (Joshua 10:12-13), folks who routinely live to be 900 years old
(Genesis 5:2-32), people who can open up whole seas like a zipper (Exodus 14:26-28),
folks who camp out in whale's stomachs (Matthew 12:40), flying horses (2 Kings 2:11),
gentlemen who are able to live inside furnaces (Daniel 3), stinky rotting corpses that
jump
out of graves (John 11:39-44), and swimming seven headed fire breathing leopards sent
to
destroy the world, (Revelation 13:1-10) says Pastor Deacon Fred. And then maybe these
sweaty little four-eyed plumpers would stop making up silly fantasy films and start
churning
out movies based on factual events from the Holy Bible.

We can't expect secular film critics to understand what Satan is doing with this
movie. They
don't have the scholarly Christian background necessary to understand all the nuances
of
God's otherwise seemingly insane Word. For example, that popcorn-munching, Junior Mints
inhaling slob, Roger Ebert, NEVER attended vacation Bible school. And that swishy Jew,
Leonard Maltin, never had the Holy Spirit hovering over his

If only he would listen, this could be Blair's finest hour
Britain's envoys want the PM to stall Bush's plans for war
Richard Norton-Taylor
Sunday January 05 2003
The Observer

Telegrams from British embassies and missions around the world are urging Tony Blair
to step up pressure on President Bush to pull back from a war against Iraq. In what
amounts to a collective cri de coeur, our envoys - congregating in Whitehall today for
an unprecedented Foreign Office brainstorming session - are warning of the potentially
devastating consequences of such an adventure, including its impact on a greater
threat than Saddam Hussein: al-Qaida-inspired terrorism.

The warnings are not just coming from our envoys and defence attaches in Arab
capitals. They are also, I am told, coming from Washington. This, our diplomats
suggest, could be one of Blair's - and Britain's - finest hours, a unique opportunity
to make a constructive contribution to world affairs. They also know, not least from
American opinion polls, that the Bush administration needs Britain onside. Our
contribution would be a token one in military terms, but significant politically. That
gives Britain leverage.

It is hard to find anyone in Whitehall who supports a war against Iraq and who is not
deeply concerned about the influence of the hawks around Bush. They cannot say so in
public, of course.

Whitehall gives Blair the credit for helping to persuade Bush to go down the UN route
- a prime example of what Whitehall describes as Britain punching above its weight.
But this should be put into perspective. Richard Falk, Princeton's emeritus
professor of international law, notes in the latest issue of Le Monde Diplomatique:
This belated recourse to the UN does not fool many people outside the US, and is not
very persuasive to Americans themselves. It is obvious that Bush is no friend of the
UN, and only sought UN approval for US policy to defuse domestic opposition to blatant
unilateralism.

Falk addresses a key issue: For the US to insist in voting for resolution 1441 on 8
November, that the UN act as an enforcement agency by reviving weapons inspection, and
in so onerous a form that it almost ensures a breakdown, is to enlist the UN in the
dirty work of war-making.

It is a key issue because UN security council backing for military action will be
seized on by ministers to convince those, including Labour MPs and bishops, who have
grave doubts about a war against Iraq. The fact is that the security council has
always considered itself above any tenet of international law.

In his biography, The Politics of Diplomacy, former US secretary of state James Baker
shamelessly admits how, before the 1991 Gulf war, he met his security council
counterparts in an intricate process of cajoling, extracting, threatening, and
occasionally buying votes. America's relative power, and its willingness to use it,
has increased over the past 12 years. James Paul, head of Global Policy Forum, a
non-governmental body that monitors the UN, says: The capacity of the US to bring to
heel virtually any country in the world is unbelievable.

The US is corrupting the security council by bribing its permanent members - Russia
with dollars, China with trade concessions, France and Britain (if it needs any
carrots) with the prospect of oil concessions. And Turkey will be amply rewarded if it
allows the US to use its bases for an assault on Iraq. Is this how international
relations are going to be conducted among the world's most powerful countries in
future? Is it that difficult for Blair to go down in history as the leader who
prevented a potentially disastrous war fought, as one Whitehall official puts it,
simply to prevent Bush from having egg over his face?

What kind of country meekly succumbs to demands for war dictated by domestic party
politics, even those of its closest ally? Where is the evidence that Iraq is lying
about its weapons of mass destruction? Worried Whitehall officials ask: even if
evidence is found, and Saddam Hussein is discovered to have lied, is it not better to
keep the UN inspectors - the best deterrence against the use or development of such
weapons - on the ground?

One lie ministers could nail is that put about by elements in Washington and Israel -
that there are links between Saddam Hussein and al-Qaida. British and American
intelligence insist there is no evidence of such a link, yet ministers are frightened
to say so for fear of upsetting Washington.

Though there is no love lost between the Iraqi regime and Islamist fundamentalists, an
Anglo-American attack on Iraq is likely to attract more recruits to al-Qaida, thereby
increasing the risk of terrorist strikes against British and American

Subject: The UPC Code

I have discovered the basis behind the regenerative order of the NWO...
These agents of the NWO were established during the so-called American
conversion to the metric system in the late 70's to early 80's. The
fact that (admittedly within 50-100 miles of the border of the United
STATES of America) the Metric system has been adopted and widely used.
Highway signs display the number of meters to the next exit, along both
the northern and southern frontiers. Yet, Americans still adhere to the
old mile \ pound system... why is that?

I suggest the culpability of the UPC (aka the Universal Product or
Price code.)

Number of Bars (those lines in the code or the
Basic.Annotated.Redemption.System) as designed for commercial use in the
United STATES during 70's and 80's? 30

Yes, there are 30 bars attached to (nearly) every product you buy. Why
is this important? Look at the following mathematical regression:

30 + 96 = 126 (the number of man, the host, the believer)

However, the VERY SAME 30, subtracted from the 96 required to reach the
number of man, the host, the believer in the first calculation, when
subtracted equals the first two digits in the Number of the Beast...
two-thirds of the infamous 666 used both in Biblical prose as well as
the First Prophets of the Apocalypse, the Heavy Metal Group IRON MAIDEN,
who advocated the use of torture devices for the extraction of
information from the Innocent. The third (and final) digit can be found
by taking the hexadecimal equivalent of the final digit (which appears
as part of the code, but is hidden from sight) as a combination of the
last three digits, divided by PURE Pi (just typing 3.14 into your Ti
calculator (no doubt made in China, Ha Ha Ha!) will not do. Honestly,
only the SGI Indigo I own can crunch these numbers as it is calculated
out to One-Google-inth, sucking all available life from the dual-SCSI
33MHz interface and it's massive 128Mb of internal (yet water-cooled)
RAM.

You see, this conclusion can only be found by running the code which
resides on my own, pre-Microsoft, open source computer. Take a look on
E-Bay, as used Indy's are pretty cheap, and well worth the effort... You
can even run Apache on them!!!

Anyway, this hexadecimal equivalent (which can only be viewed by
Irfanview when the image of the last three digits are created as Tahoma,
Bold 10 font imported from MSPaint as a BMP image, then converted to a
hex equivalent via the export process...) is always divisible by 666,
333, 111, and 3... which is very odd behavior for a seemingly innocent
number... It is the third, and final, digit in the orchestration of our
doom.

The prevalence of recycling as a part of our Economy is actually a ruse
to pry into our private lives. Notice the neatly serialized
containers... No fear though, because even if your neighbor switches
containers with you, your address and pick-up point is recorded with
each stop. That number (also divisible by the above divisors when
calculated at different font density and height factors) is also
traceable to your SSN via one of six

NEWS ANALYSIS

N. Korea Sees Itself as Land of Righteousness

The nation views its nuclear program as a countermeasure to U.S. domination.

By Mark Magnier
Times Staff Writer

January 5 2003

SEOUL -- A dictator madly threatens the rest of the world with his nuclear arsenal,
thumbing
his nose at international agreements and selling nuclear and biological weapons to
fellow
rogue states as he lords it over a nation of starving people.

This -- give or take a detail or two -- is the perception many outsiders have of North
Korea
these days as they try to make sense of the isolated state.

The North has rattled global nerves in recent weeks by admitting to an atomic weapons
program, expelling nuclear inspectors, disabling surveillance cameras and threatening
to
pull out of a global pact designed to limit the spread of nuclear arms.

It ratcheted up the pressure Saturday by issuing a vaguely worded threat that it would
take
necessary countermeasures to perceived U.S. hostility. The Vienna-based International
Atomic Energy Agency, meanwhile, is expected to issue a strong condemnation soon of the
regime in Pyongyang, although agency officials hold out hope that the North will allow
inspectors back in before the IAEA takes the issue to the U.N. Security Council.

Turn the tables, however, and you see a very different picture of North Korea, say
experts
who have spent much of their life watching every twist and turn of the hermit kingdom.

While the West views North Korea as a global laggard in bringing democracy, better
living
standards and even food to its people, analysts say North Korea looks abroad and sees
decadence, soft thinking and moral depravity in the so-called new world order.

And while many in the United States believe that the world's only superpower is doing
mankind a great service by ensuring global stability and preventing weapons from
falling into
the wrong hands, North Korea sees a bully bent on global domination.

A prevalent view in North Korea is that, with no one to check U.S. power, there's
little
standing in Washington's way as it shapes the post-Cold War world in its own image and
makes new rules to strengthen its own control. Anyone who threatens that order -- and
North
Korea feels it is in the cross hairs -- faces being crushed, Pyongyang believes.

The present situation is very serious and unpredictable, North Korea's official KCNA
news
agency said Saturday. North Korea cannot but take a strong countermeasure by itself in
defense of the sovereignty of the country and the right to existence.

Outside North Korea, many see a regime that's used what little economic strength it
has to
manufacture weapons of mass destruction rather than grow food, make clothing or build
houses for its people.

For North Korea, however, these weapons are synonymous with national sovereignty,
analysts say. They entitle North Korea to play what it feels is a deserved role on the
world
stage. How else could a country with a GDP the size of some U.S. counties' be taken
seriously?

The nuclear card is very valuable to them, said Song Young Sun, a researcher at the
Korea Institute of Defense Analyses. Without it, they're just another poor, ignored
country, a
... Rwanda, Somalia -- even maybe less valuable than Somalia.

Outsiders see a rogue state not content to create trouble at home but intent on
spreading
weapons to questionable states such as Yemen.

What others call weapons proliferation, however, Pyongyang sees as both an essential
source of cash -- the arms trade is a huge and legal global business after all -- and
as part of
a struggle to oppose the bullying of the United States.

While most of the world deplores the mismatch between North Korea's relatively enormous
military sector and its impoverished people, who have died of starvation by the
thousands
over the last decade, North Korea sees a situation that involves more than comfort,
consumer niceties or even food in its people's bellies. According to this view, it
involves the
highest of ideals -- the willingness to sacrifice and struggle for self-reliance, or
juche.

They don't buy into the prevalent capitalist view, said Lee Hang Koo, an analyst
with the
South Korean military intelligence service. South Korea feels superior because its
economy
is 27 times greater than North Korea's. But that doesn't mean they're 27 times better
or
happier.

A recurring question around the world is how North Korea, or at least its leadership,
can
ignore the rapid advance of democracy as communism shrivels. The Soviet Union's
implosion led the way, while China is now beating the capitalists at their own game.

For many North Koreans, however, who were weaned on a home-grown ideology, theirs is
the last pure state. Certainly there are problems, but the first order for any state
is survival,
particularly a communist state in such an epic fight. Prosperity can wait
