You have a Windows box [Mozilla 4.07 [en] (Win95; I)], so you can ping a
site. Open up an MS DOS window, and at the DOS prompt type the command you
want and then the address you want to query:

C:\ping www.citylimits.org
C:\tracert www.citylimits.org

Output of the above commands appended to the end of this post.

BUT, I suspect your trouble is due to a typo in the domain name in your
original post: [cityliomits] instead of [citylimits].

What an outstanding response! That particular phrase has been in my family
for a long time and used by five generations -- the "accepted" reference
for it was the amount of concrete necessary for a job. I'm not so sure, and
