the case of their victims actually being executed for crimes they did not
commit where the prosecutor can be proven to have withheld evidence that
would have shown them innocent, the prosecutor should be tried for murder

i am surprized that this even reached the board, this has been going on
for years; all the prosecutors care about is getting another shrunken head
on their belts. their performance is judged on their conviction rate and
damn the innocent. what are hundreds of lives compared to a lawyers
resume'. this has been going on forever. this is why that i contend that
there are more innocent people in jail than there are guilty people
walking the streets. i have been in there when the p.d. comes in smiling
like monty hall on "let's make a deal". most things they will let you go
for a guilty plea and if you do not plead guilty, they will take whatever
means possible to make you guilty. the system is corrupt to the bone,
inside, outside, top and bottom; any way you look at it. oh, and these are
the people we elect as politicians; so that by the time they get into
office they have taken so many lives that whacking someone is all in a
days work. the people complaining about clinton are as bad as he is and
worse in many cases, only they are a lot more experienced at keeping the
bodies buried and keeping those payed off, payed off. it is a family
tradition you know. i could care less who knows it or not but his is what
keeps my spring tight. drop out as far as you can and stay there because
trainloads of shit are being delivered to the fans as i sit here a taping
on this confounded machine. if mr. clean is coming he has a hell of a job
ahead of him.

Strong and able-bodied parents,  can work,  and earn,  and pay for their
own health care,  just like the rest of the working class do .  .  .

Not all of the "rest of the working class" CAN pay for their own health
care, at least not if they want to also eat food, wear clothes and live
indoors.

In America there are nearly forty million people who lack coverage. They
are ALLworking poor and their families. People on welfare HAVE healthcare
provided. The working poor do not.  What about them? Should they quit work
and  go onto welfare so they CAN  get medical treatment, or should they
suffer and die from (and spread) treatable diseases?

Neither the state nor the private sector has demonstrated the ability or
the willingness to provide optimum health care. It's time we try something
else. We cannot stand by and watch human beings suffer and die
unnecessarily, unless of course we are moral cripples. We aren't moral
cripples, are we?

Of course not. So what shall we try? It'd better be something good, for
not only does it have a tremendous problem to solve, but both the state
and the private sector will unite against it. In a very real sense the
state and the private sector already HAVE united against it, and against
us. But hey, what do you expect from a fascist society? That's what
fascism IS.

before wallace was shot, cbs did a scathing news report showing wallace in

   When I was 14 or 15 I read the O'Neil bio on Tesla. I had read a lot
of books by that time about inventors and science. I became convinced
then that Tesla was the one who really understood how the universe
worked. I was disapointed to realize that I would not be able learn his
science from the schools, for I realized that they had gone off in the
wrong direction. I went more deeply into the study of music instead.
When I was about 25 I was studying composition at the North Carolina
School of the Arts when I came upon the little book "The Man Who Tapped
the Secrets of the Universe" (available on line at: www.philosophy.org,
in the library section). The book was about the artist/cosmologist
Walter Russell. Since his last home in Waynesboro, Virginia was not too
far from Winston-Salem, I persuaded a couple of friends to join me in a
trip there. The we visited the gallery/museum there and saw many of his
works of art. There I also learned that Walter Russell had been a friend
of Nicola Tesla's and that Tesla had been in agreement with Russell on
his cosmology. I realized then that I had found the source of the
information I had desired. I began to study Russell works and have
continued to this day. I would recommend them to anyone who is
interested in Tesla's science. There are several books available from
the University of Science and Philosophy (www.philosophy.org). A good
intro is Dr. Timothy Binder's book which can be found there.

  We've spent the past millennium unraveling the mysteries of
science. Now

  let's open the window to miracles and inner space.

  

  All around us, an infinite new reality is peering through the
cracks of

  our rigid, bounded conception of the known. If our future is going
to be more

  than just a repetition of the past, we will have to leave the known
behind

  and discover a region of reality not yet explored--the realm of the

  Consider this experience of a friend of mine. He pulled the
ligaments in his

  right foot during a workout. Hobbling and in constant pain, he went

  orthopedist, only to be told that surgery might be in the offing.

  reluctant to have an operation and waited, hoping the condition

  improve on its own. When it didn't, he decided on impulse to visit a

  Chinese healer.

  

  The healer looked at the injured foot and touched it lightly. Then
he walked

  behind my friend's back and made a line of Xs in the air, up and
down his

  spine. "Try to walk now," he said. My friend got up and, to his

  astonishment, walked around the room free of pain. He asked the
healer

  what he'd done. "Your body is a projection of your mind, a pattern
of

  energy held together by your awareness. When you are aware that it
is

  well, you hold your body together in a healthy state. But pain
caused

  your awareness to withdraw from your body. You no longer held the

  image, so I adjusted it for you." My friend shook his head. "But

you are right about being nice to the nuts, oftentimes that very kindness
is what they lose and miss; sometimes it can make the difference.
about those black trenchcoats; i saw the movie "matrix" about a week ago
and one of the most distinctive impressions one gets from the movie is
that in the big battle scenes the heros have on black trenchcoats and they
are also blasting away at the villains in the movie but there is a lot of
casual violence by the heros, simply because the audience is led to
believe that the innocent people being shot are only in virtual reality so
that it does not matter who gets blasted. so they blast away with abandon
because the world they are blasting is not real. the way suggestion works
is that it does not matter how you might qualify a suggestion, the
suggestion goes through; the qualifications are to satisfy and pacify the
reasoning mind. therefore the suggestion coming through is to blast away
with abandon; it is allowed through because it is only virtual reality,
pacifies the reason.

many computer games are shoot'em up the bad guy, also. for a society as
saturated in violence as ours is, it is suprizing that there has not been
a whole lot more violence up to now. that seems to becoming less and less
the case as time progresses. as a society we have been sowing the wind for
some time and eventually we will have to reap the whirlwind. i only hope

society. these examples are only tentitive but they show how there is
consequence to our feelings and there is an ecology therein, wherein we
must take responsibility for how we feel. apparently the law feels that
way too as this is the basis by which they prosecuted manson. manson did
not do the deeds himself but the acts were manifestations of how he felt.
they say that he did but manson did not actually send his followers out to
do his biding. prejudice cannot be objective; in court it can be the basis
of a mistrial, if it can be proved.

i feel the same as you that it is not the realm of the law to dictate how
we should feel but there is an area there where we must assume a certain
responsibilty for our own feelings and particular responsibility for how
our feelings manifest in the world along with the consequences thereof.

THE CLASSIC VERSION

The ant works hard in the withering heat all summer long, building his

fool and
laughs and dances and plays the summer away.

Come winter, the ant is warm and well fed.  The grasshopper has no food or
shelter so he dies out in the cold.


THE MODERN VERSION

fool and
laughs and dances and plays the summer away.

Come winter, the shivering grasshopper calls a press conference and
demands to
know why the ant should be allowed to be warm and well fed while others
are
cold and starving.  CBS, CNN, NBC and ABC show up to provide pictures of
the
shivering grasshopper next to video of the ant in his comfortable home
with a
table filled with food.

America and the world is stunned by the sharp contrast.  How can it be
that,
in a country of such wealth, this poor grasshopper is allowed to suffer
so?

Then a representative of the NAAGB (National Association of Green Bugs)
shows
up on Nightline and charges the ant with "green bias," and makes the case
that
the grasshopper is the victim of 30 million years of greenism.

Kermit the Frog appears on Oprah with the grasshopper, and everybody cries
when he sings "It's Not Easy Being Green."  Bill and Hillary Clinton make
a
special guest appearance on the CBS Evening News to tell a concerned Dan
Rather that they will do everything they can for the grasshopper who has
been
denied the prosperity he deserves by those who benefited unfairly during
the
Reagan summers, or as Bill refers to it, the "Temperatures of the 80's."

Richard Gephardt exclaims in an interview with Peter Jennings that the
ant has
gotten rich off the back of the grasshopper, and calls for an immediate
tax
hike on the ant to make him pay his "fair share."

Finally, the EEOC drafts the "Economic Equity and Anti-Greenism Act."
Retroactive to the beginning of the summer, the ant was fined for failing
to
hire a proportionate number of green bugs and, having nothing left to pay
his
retroactive taxes, his home is confiscated by the government.

The story ends as we see the grasshopper finishing up the last bits of the
ant's food while the government house he's in, which just happens to be
the
ant's old house, crumbles around him since he doesn't know how to
maintain it.
The ant has disappeared in the snow.  And on the TV, which the grasshopper
bought by selling most of the ant's food, they are showing Bill Clinton
standing before a wildly applauding group of compatriots announcing that
a new
era of "fairness" has dawned in America.

would see that for every subsidy program the gov comes up with for the
poor, there are a thousand republican busybodies already in the works to
distort loopholes (placed intentionally by, guess who) so that the subsidy

is just fine.  For $1.00 this lady had a home - the house cost
$125,000.00, in a very nice neighborhood.

The newspapers made a big fuss; one elderly man in the neighborhood who
had worked his fanny off for years, was furious.his taxes cost more
than her $1.00 a year rent.

Well, his wife was a political figure; and of course that story was
squelched; after all nobody wanted to see a woman wit 3 children dumped
into the street.

But, the house was a foreclosure; what about the guy and his family, who
lost the housewho had paid taxes on it when he could, and who had
made many payments.  He had to qualify for the loan and then, suddenly,
he could not make it.
And, the bank foreclosed.

Now this man and his family, was dumped out into the street, and nobody
cared.

The grasshopper and her three little grasshoppers moved into this nice
house, for $1.00 a year, and the Ant and his wife and family, probably
moved into the Open Shelter which was full of mental cases, rapists,
murderers, and some just plain poor people, street people, etc.

But what good people we are, giving the grasshopper the ants house.

Thoses grasshoppers are worse than the 7 year locust.

not
right, not equitable that a criminals family should live better than

my point is that when i see artists and musicians dying in the street for
lack of money making potential in their crafts. when i see friends going
for weeks on end suffering and some waiting to die for the simple need of
dental care. when i see the system setting mothers and babies in the
streets to fend for themselves. i have always said that art that makes
money has at least one virtue. and it is the same for money making; it is
but a single "trick" and those that learned the trick early on set up the
rules so that unless one is willing to sell their soul, they are not going
to be able to use that one simple trick. when the thieves have taken all
of the resourses and slam the doors to all others, there is something
wrong with that trick of theirs.
when all of the land has been privatized and no other may live off of the
land it became the responsibilities of the largest land grabbers to
provide a means for them to have some land. (u.s. gov own 1/3 of all of
the land in the u.s.). when all resourses are privatized it becomes the
responsibility of the owners to provide some means for others to survive
as well. and not as slaves and servants either. the system now says that i
own everything and if you do not dance to my tune, you starve and die a
horrible death in almost all cases. this planet, this country and this
land and resourse belong to all of us and not just the asshole who learned
early on to steal from his brother before his brother even got out of bed.
it is a crime that there is nowhere for a homeless person to stand
legally. the homeless person is the victim of the crime. there is no
remedy for him either.

i know that your ant and grasshopper story was posted seriously with
something that you believed to be true but the context, the situation, the
characters, the principle, all of it were wrong. but then that is the
nature of propaganda: unlesss you bust it yourself, you will be dancing to
its tune and i thought that that was something that you needed to see.

when you see ants in your house, you kill them, do you not? when you see a
grasshopper you are less likely to kill them but a lot of them are
locusts, are they not? this story should be seen the same way; a pest.

by those who control the government is a concerted attack on the bill of

rights combined with ongoing television propaganda to manufacture the

  As the recent exposes come to light, we find the CIA and other organs

discretionary sentencing power from the judges via the "U.S. sentencing
commission" which now sets rigid penalties for federal crimes, an
increase
in
the power of the DEA which results in the complete loss of the 4th
amendment
against illegal search and seizure, the 5th amendment against
incrimination
and other losses of constitutional rights. Despite a massive decrease in

criminal activity, due to the aging population, more hysteria for "get
tough" laws end up with more and more totalitarian actions occurring.

The recent backdoor attempt through the banks to establish a
federal
database on all facets of who you are goes right along with the desire
to

Pursuant to client's request for character profiles, loyalty/liability
crosschecks and deep background information on "Teletubbies," our

yielded data as follows:

Teletubby "Tinky Winky": Purple in color, subject Teletubby is
observed to carry a purse, yet speaks in a man's voice. Subject antenna
triangular in shape.

Interpretation: Extensive investigation reveals purple to be "gay
pride" color (i.e. concord grapes, Minnesota Vikings, etc.). F.Y.I. Barney

Dinosaur is another roly-poly, aubergine children's favorite. He loves to

Teletubby
also speaks with vague British accent. Oscar Wilde lived in Britain.

Conclusion: Subject Teletubby "Tinky Winky" is obviously the subliminal
spokestubby for the "homosexual" or "gay" life style.

Teletubby "Po": Red in color, with circular antenna.

Interpretation: Red has long been the symbolic color of global Communism.
The
name "Po" could be taken from the river in Italy (a hotbed of failed
quasi-Communist policies), or derived from the name of the Cambodian
madman,
Pol
Pot. The circular antenna represents the circular arguments that underlie
the
tenets of Marxist-Leninist social and economic theory.

Conclusion: Subject Teletubby "Po" is the subliminal spokestubby for a
resurgent international Communist revolution.

Alternate Conclusion: "Po" might be a reference to Edgar Allan Poe, a
neurotic 19th-century writer, just like Oscar Wilde. (See above.)

Teletubby "Laa-Laa": Bright yellow/orange in color, antenna shaped
like pig's tail.

Interpretation: "Laa-Laa" is an obvious reference to Los Angeles
(often called "La-La Land" by gossip columnists and other waggish
hipsters).
Her
bright citrus colors are an ironic nod to the wholesome crops of lemons
and
oranges that once flourished in the pious San Fernando Valley and
Hollywood
Hills, but that have since been replaced by the degenerate entertainment
industry.

Conclusion: "Laa-Laa" is the spokestubby for the National Academy of
Motion Picture Arts and Sciences or the Screen Actors Guild, and is
subliminally
encouraging our children to seek work in the entertainment industry.

Teletubby "Dipsy": Green in color, subject Teletubby has a straw
coming out of his head.

Interpretation: Looks like a giant frozen daiquiri.

Conclusion: Blender drinks are popular among supporters of alternative
life styles.

That these Teletubbies take their marching orders from speakers that rise
up
from the ground (a metaphor delineating Orwellian mind control?) is bad
enough.
That they live in a kind of dome under a windmill that spins out a spiral
of
what look like bright white crystals should be reason enough for
investigation
by state authorities. That they do so without the benefit of marriage (or
clothes!) is inexcusable.

The F.B.I. investigations of Rocky and Bullwinkle, Bert and Ernie, Heckle
and
Jeckle, etc., prove beyond doubt that these sort of same-sex partnerships
send
the wrong message to our children. That Yogi Bear and his partner, Booboo,
choose to spend their time in the forest, again many times without pants,
is
their right, but it is our right and duty to keep children from seeing it.

We therefore conclude that your instinct about the true nature of the
Teletubbies is correct: they are a subversive force for international
evil,
operating in league with a global cabal of gay television executives and
purse
manufacturers, bent on nothing less than world domination.

ADDENDUM: Further investigation into your controversial assertion last
month
that the Antichrist is a Jewish man living on earth at this moment has
yielded
an interesting theory.

While watching television for the Teletubbies report filed above, one
of our operatives noticed a male cartoon character who thrived on the kind

anarchy and confusion usually ascribed to the Antichrist. His name even

Hear ye, hear ye, hear ye.

Today we hear the case of corporate perjury, corporate fraud and corporate
obstruction of justice.

Members of the Senate, let us turn to exhibit one: the 1994 transcripts of
tobacco industry executives' testimony before a House of Representatives
committee.

Having raised their right hands and swore to tell the truth, the whole
truth and nothing but the truth, so help them God, each then testified
under oath that nicotine was not addictive. That was a blatant lie under
oath -- albeit one less serious than the industry's decades-long
conspiracy to lie to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and other
federal and state agencies about cigarettes' health effects and
addictiveness. These are lies with severe consequences: hundreds of
thousands die from smoking-related disease every year.

But lying is not limited to the pariah tobacco industry. Please turn to
exhibit two: the judge's decision in the case United States v. Royal
Caribbean Cruise Lines. In September 1998, Royal Caribbean pled guilty to
felony crimes for dumping oil in the Atlantic Ocean and then lying to the
Coast Guard about it.

Members of the Senate, let us now turn to count two: corporate fraud.
Please consult the next exhibit, Black's Law Dictionary.

Turn to page 788, where you will find the legal definition of the word
"fraud" -- an intentional perversion of the truth for the purpose of
inducing another to part with some valuable thing.

In other words, theft through lying.

Members of the Senate, because the federal government does not track
corporate fraud the way it tracks petty theft, we are left to the judgment
of experts to estimate what this harmful and often criminal lying and
steal costs the American people.

The estimates are startling. Harvard University's Malcolm Sparrow
estimates that health care fraud alone cost the nation anywhere from $100
billion to $400 billion a year -- 10 to 40 percent of the $1 trillion a
year we spend on health care. Most of this is corporate fraud --
corporations ripping off the Medicare and Medicaid programs.

The savings and loan scandal, what former Attorney General Dick Thornburgh
called "the biggest white-collar swindle in history," cost the nation
anywhere from $300 billion to $500 billion.

Then you have an array of lesser frauds that amount in total to real
money. Auto repair fraud: $40 billion a year. Securities fraud --  $15
billion a year. And on down the list.

Not a day goes by without a major fraud being reported in the mainstream
media, with $100 million frauds coming around once a month or so.

Last month, for example, Great American Life Insurance Co. paid $115
million to elderly citizens it allegedly deceived into buying high-priced
investments.

In June 1998, Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Illinois pled guilty to eight
felony counts and paid $144 million to the federal government after
admitting it concealed evidence of poor performance and lied to auditors
in processing Medicare claims for the federal government. Just last week,
the company paid $29.1 million Evelyn Knoob of Carterville, Illinois.
Knoob blew the whistle on the company.

Corporate fraud costs the nation hundreds of billions. Compare that to
street crime and burglary, which, according to the FBI, costs the nation
$3.8 billion a year.

Finally, we turn to count three, obstruction of justice. Please
incorporate by reference the earlier evidence of Big Tobacco's cover-ups
and Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Illinois and Royal Caribbean's concerted
efforts to thwart law enforcement.

sounds like you need to read the material before you form such an informed
opinion. i have read most of his stuff abeit was a number of years ago but
it reformed my whole worldview of the ancient world. sitchin's books are
simply current translations of hittite clay conuiform (sp) tablets and
many others. there are particularly engravings of  ancient space capsules.
adam was developed by gene-splicing in the womb of astarte for 11 months
in attempting to create a semi intelligent work beast, by splicing her
genes with those of a chimpanze. eve was made from adams genes. i recall
further that outside of athens there is a stone rectangular block taken
from hundred of miles away that weighs in the area of either 1,200 or
12,000 (i forget which, but either would be impressive even by today's
technology) tons. it is carefully laid at an angle that would allows for
particular kinds of take-offs from the planet. it speaks of the gods going
hither and thither betwixt the earth and the skies on a regular basis.

pair these with all of the relics we have of the ancient world and it is a
little more believable than by putting it off to fanciful ancient
imaginations.

much of

Still thanks for your input, it is always welcome.  What is most
interesting
in this whole scenario to me is the fact that the proponents of an alien
interventionist agenda, and a person who supports the ETH of UFO origin,
and
those who "believe" that alien abduction is really abduction by non-human
intelligences from another place, are the MOST dogmatic in support of
their
pet theory and will usually brook no truck with the opposition (such as
perfectly human origin for the phenomena).  They are the ones who are
completely unreasonable.  Mind you I'm NOT saying that your are in this
group,
just pointing out something for you to consider.  Myself I don't believe
in
other life elsewhere or that we have been visited by alien intelligences
from
elsewhere, and that is because of lack of evidence that is convincing or
conclusive.  HOWEVER, I don not make a dogmatic and blanket denial of the
possible reality of such beings, they may, in fact, exist, but I feel more
comfortable resting on evidence rather than on speculation.  At least in
this
matter!!  (Note I reserve the right to ignore this injunction if an off
the
wall theory really catches my eye!  :)  )

i am well aware of dasgoat's position on these matters and for the most
part we agree. my position is not to believe everything and to believe
everything. sitchin's writings provide a better explanation for what is,
than the creationists or the evolutionists. evolution is more likely to
have taken certain leaps than not. i believe also that the evidence is out
there but is being concealed, along with certain ufo connected stuff. it
is almost like this is the ultimate conspiracy because it denies us our
celestial roots.
maybe it is because this stuff has been with me for so long but i cannot
even consider the possibility that it is any other way. in this belief i
am connected to my roots. i do not know if you have had any advanced
courses in halucinagenics but; in that realm there is no other
explanation. that halucinagenics exist at all is a testiment to higher
consciousness and higher beings. i could loose all of this belief at the
next passing thought, and i allow for that possibility but for now this is
what i think.
my opinion about reincarnation is pretty much the same as my belief on all
of these matters and that is that; i could be inclined to believe it and a
lot of people say that they have a good reason to believe it but; until i
have a solidly good reason to believe, there will always be the question.
edgar cayce makes a very good study but not until i find it for myself.

it is a good thing to be skeptical about everything and then only those
things that you are not skeptical of, get you. that is relatively true in
almost all realms of belief.

My understanding is that during the period before colonization
native-americans numbered less then five million in the are we now call
the United States. Since that time, the population of this same area has
expanded to over 270 million. This expansion was all under a form of
capitalism. If so many millions lost their lives because of capitalism
and the previous system was preferable in terms of preserving the lives
of the inhabitants then it would seem to me that these figures should be
reversed. What is your explanation for the seeming ability of a
capitalist society to sustain so many more people on the same land mass?

a reasonable and thoughtful response. i cannot disagree with you, except
to include that it needs to take into account the methods used. it was the
lack of ethic on the white man's part that i part with. but then, how
could it have ever been anything other than what it was, given the same
factors. the crimes still live though, and until we address them; we will,
as a nation, continue to stack crime on top of crime until we criminalize
ourselves and are forced to. maybe we need to have an armeggeddon. i am
beginning to think that social justice is a popular delusion. no rhyme or
reason, just force.

not done. the republicrats are showing the world that they will damned
well get what they want, no matter what the price. something about the
narcissistic delusion that expects imediate gratification and money is no
