[datameet] Open Data Story in the Ken today
Here is a story of open data in *The Ken* today. I think it is a bit exaggerating the lack of open data. But is still a good read. https://the-ken.com/choking-innovation-pipe/ Regards, Srinivas Kodali www.lostprogrammer.com -- Datameet is a community of Data Science enthusiasts in India. Re: [datameet] Zoom rendering map in illustrator
Illustrator is not a GIS software. Its not possible to do this. Maybe try a SVG export from OSM https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/SVG On Mon, Jun 12, 2017 at 12:56 PM, Dhaval Shuklawrote: > Is it possible to see a map in adobe illustrator with zoom rendering? > > > > What I want to do is use google maps or OSM or any other map as a > reference background for a map I am trying to create in illustrator. > > I have found vector maps from openvectormaps.com, but these are still > vector images-the only difference between a raster image and this is it > doesn't get pixelated.. [datameet] Costing Strategies - Data & Data stories
Hi All! I am looking for organisations to study and find how costing strategies work for various kind of data sets and the stories/analysis we can find out of them. Can someone please point out if someone has seen something similar anywhere. Thanks & Regards, Shankesh 800 889 4848 -- Datameet is a community of Data Science enthusiasts in India. [datameet] Zoom rendering map in illustrator
Is it possible to see a map in adobe illustrator with zoom rendering? What I want to do is use google maps or OSM or any other map as a reference background for a map I am trying to create in illustrator. I have found vector maps from openvectormaps.com, but these are still vector images-the only difference between a raster image and this is it doesn't get pixelated.. I want to render maps as they zoom, like we can do in GIS software. -- Datameet is a community of Data Science enthusiasts in India.
