[datameet] Birth and Death registration data

[gurugubelli sai ratna chaitanya]

Hi everyone,

Found this website (http://ubdmis.telangana.gov.in/) with a lot of data on
birth and death regustrations in Telangana. Has any one worked with this
data before ? If yes, could you help me understand the headers shown in
district wise data tables. I would be grateful for your help.
