Use a GIS software to split or write some code to do it. No direct database
is there. There are command line tools to split geojson check online.

Hi,

I need district map files for each indivdual states in India. Does anyone know 
where to get it?

I already have the files for all the districts in India. But I wanted seperate 
files for each states.
