AAARRGGGHHH !! Maybe its time to get the Unsubscribe instructions, and perhaps a link to the FAQ, tagged onto the footer of each mail rather than just included in the headers... what do you think ? We had the unsubscribe instructions in the footer for years with no discernable effect on the people who felt asking the list was the right course.
