Bug#471417: gtkhtml3.14: URLs with ampersand () don't work
Subject: gtkhtml3.14: URLs with ampersand () don't work Package: gtkhtml3.14 Version: 3.16.1-1 Severity: normal In evolution, when I receive URL from Ebay, Lidl, or a message with an URL with ampersand in it, I need to remove the amp; in amp; each time... This is particularly annoying bug which is fixed in a more recent package. I know that there's a new version in unstable. But it seems this new version could not come in lenny because of deps (http://bjorn.haxx.se/debian/testing.pl?package=gtkhtml3.14 show that glib2.0 and pango1.0 is in freeze). So perhaps, packaging the version 3.16.2 just to go for lenny could be nice. I saw on this page that there are about three ways to compile amaya http://www.w3.org/Amaya/User/Autoconf.html Compiling with GTK+ seems not so interesting because of the SVG support... But for now as I've seen on the debian rules file, amaya is compiled with this option : --with-wx --with-gl Perhaps compiling with this option : --with-wx and choosing to link against mesa instead of opengl will make the problem vanish... This is an iso9660 limitation... taken from google *Which* DVD filesystem? ISO9660 is limited to 2G because file sizes are stored in a signed 32-bit int. UDF does not have that limitation. Sometimes gdm come on the screen, sometimes not... But when I have gdm, I try to log in and the screen vanish. The problem just came whith the last upgrade of sarge regarding X11 When making test... sometimes kernel stop IRQ 16 so I can't have anything on the screen and can only do a hard reboot. So that's why I tag this important bug. Last lines of XFree86.0.log seems suscpscious from my point of view...
