Dear Maintainer,

upstream includes sources for plugins, e.g. one for gdk-pixbuf, so that
programmes like eog can display jpeg-xl images. Could you please
consider also building these plugins? For the mentioned one, it would
include adding '-DJPEGXL_ENABLE_PLUGINS:BOOL=ON' to the cmake call and
libgdk-pixbuf-2.0-dev to the build dependencies.
