Unless there are objections, I am going to NMU to delayed/3 tomorrow
to remove ppc64el

Vasudev, Ritesh, this bug is causing a bunch of packages getting removed from
testing (bpfcc and transitive reverse depends). Can I ask you to please take
care of this, maybe dropping ppc64el altogether if it is not feasible to fix?
