Vasudev, Ritesh, this bug is causing a bunch of packages getting removed from
testing (bpfcc and transitive reverse depends). Can I ask you to please take
care of this, maybe dropping ppc64el altogether if it is not feasible to fix?

bpfcc has been failing to build on ppc64el for a long time, and this is
keeping it out of testing.

If you don't have time to fix it, could you please consider at least a
quick upload to remove ppc64el from the list of architectures, so that
