That's not a version in Debian. Please try to reproduce this problem with 
195.36.31-1.

Do you run xvidia-xconfig as root?

I'm using nvidia-xconfig utility to enable my second monitor. I have 2 at
work. Always I start my PC I need enable the monitor again at utility
(TwinView). Why the system do not write my config? I'm using KDE 4.4.3.
