I have used a couple of Chilean mirrors. Some times they work just fine.
Some times they are outdated. Some other times they do not connect.

I mean *ftp.cl.debian.org* (we control the dns and we point somewhere else in
case of issue), not of other Chilean mirrors.

Actually I have it is set every 2 hours. Twice is the more often period
the web interface allows to select.
This is the actual cron:
13 */2 * * * /home/archvsync/bin/ftpsync
