It seems that a rebuild of packages like kdecorations and karchive
(and many more) create incompatible packages. This is ok when the
dependencies would be correct. But these are not the dependencies
mentioned on the transition page (libstdc++6 = 5). The
dependencies stay at libstdc++6 = 4.1.1 or libstdc++6 = 4.5.

They just keep transitioning to testing before the transition
rebuilds are finished because their dependency look they they are
build against the old libstdc++6 version. As result the users get
packages which crashes due to the incompatibilities between the
libstdc++6 versions and the libraries/programs build against
them.

And this is because the packages do not use any of the new symbols, so they
do not get the dependency on the last version. there is nothing packagers
can do about it.

Maybe a libstdc++ soname bump would have been much better.
