So I can manually move the "download folder" in the web gui but the 
automatic option that is set with


  "move_completed": true,
    "move_completed_path": the_path,


in the core.conf for deluge is not working and I have version.


ii  libtorrent-rasterbar10   1.2.9-0.3

ii  deluge    2.0.3-3.1

The issue is fixed in the newest 1.2.9-0.3 package.
Unfortunately I have no idea how to close this issue.
