似乎不少人对这个项目感兴趣，但不知 Hero_xbd 为什么又没有回音了，我就把一
些我知道的情况先简要说一下：

1. 这个是官方的 release notes 的翻译，会在 etch 发布时放到官方网站上。
   Hero_xbd 为 sarge 发布所做的翻译可以在 [I] 看到。

2. 这个翻译要和 debian-doc 团队合作，提交到 debian-doc 的 CVS 里。具体的
   细节可以参看 Debian 安装程序协调人 Frans Pop 的两封信 [II,III]，里面
   应该已经说得很详细了。

3. 要翻译的文档是 debiandoc SGML 格式，也可以通过 PO 格式翻译。

4. 具体的翻译协调细节，以及如何校对，提交，应该由 Hero_xbd 这个协调人来
   决定。
