But my question was not about whether built i386 Debian images would be available, but whether I would be able to build custom i386 Trixie images using live-build. Maybe, if the i386 d-i udebs continue to be available, then it will work? Is i386 support in live-build itself likely to be difficult to maintain in the future? -- John

I have read that i386 Debian installer images will cease to be available from Debian 13 (Trixie): https://lists.debian.org/debian-cd/2023/08/msg00014.html https://lists.debian.org/debian-cd/2023/08/msg4.html But that d-i daily images will continue to be built: https://lists.debian.org/debian-cd/2023/08/msg00017.html Does this mean that it will still be possible to build Trixie i386 images with live-build? -- John
