Bug#252014: [INTL:el] Blank characters appear with Greek locale

2004-06-01 Thread Konstantinos Margaritis
Package: openoffice.org
Version: 1.1.1-3
Severity: normal
Tags: l10n

(I am assigning this bug as normal, because it renders the program
unusable in a localized environment).

When in el_GR.UTF-8 locale, and when openoffice.org-l10n-el is installed
(which is the case when a user selects 'Greek environment' in d-i), the
program menus and dialog fonts appear as blanks.
The solution (pointed by Chris Halls) is to include a font known to
support Greek locale in file:
/usr/lib/openoffice/share/registry/data/org/openoffice/VCL.xcu

adding FreeSans to the UI_Sans entry for English seemed to fix this.

Thanks

Konstantinos

 Package: openoffice.org
 Version: 1.1.0-2
 Severity: normal

 http://web.umr.edu/~xiaf/CS236/Homework/Program/P4/parsing_table.DOC

There should be epsilon characters at the end of some of the
productions. They are displayed in Word 97 but not when opened with
 OOo.

403 forbidden. please fix this, otherwise we can't reproduce the bug.

Bug#236835: OO impress crashes when i start a presentation with text effects

2004-06-01 Thread Konstantinos Margaritis
Hi,

Could you please be more specific as to the procedure you followed?
We have to check if the bug is reproducible. A test file might be
good, too.

Thanks

Konstantinos

Bug#239024: Breaks on exporting to PDF for this M S Word file

2004-06-01 Thread Konstantinos Margaritis
This bug is not reproducible on a recent version (tested on 1.1.1-3 on
testing/i386). Perhaps you should try to upgrade.

Please state if this continues to appear. Otherwise, the bug will be
closed.

Thanks

Konstantinos
