masquerading

How good is Gateway with linux, right now I am using
WinGate(windows) buth I have heard that linux is much
beter.

Will I have problem to run Half-life(counter-strike)
over linux ip-masquerading, or run paltalk(voice chat
that use H323 I think) what is the negativ side of
shareing conection(cabel-modem) to internet over linux?

dubel network cards

I am done with my linux gateway with only one network
card, buth it will go faster if use 2 network card in
the same computer one card to my home network and
other to cabel-modem.

How will I setup this other card and it's ip, how can
I make difrence between them.

486 install from the internet

Now I have 486 with 800mb harddisk and 20mb-ram, that
I want to use like gateway, buth there is non cd-rom
in it only floppy. How can I install debian from the
net, Can someone give me some link to some HOW-TO or
some documation.

Yes, I have it now, it was eazy when you know what
disks you need.
