C man pages: where?

Does anyone know what package the C function man pages (... man strcmp) are in?

I went to look at the man page for a C function and realized that I don't have 
any of them installed on my woody system. I installed gcc-doc and just got some 
info pages. I can't seem to find the right package on packages.debian.org 
either.
