Why should someone not on the Design list vote for a Design issue? Because they are as concerned as you are about the future of LibreOffice, and being good community contributors they have the right to express their opinion. The decision is up to the design team, but it is important to gather the opinion of the community in order to get the necessary consensus. The vote is happening on Italian mailing lists as well, and I hope on many other native language mailing lists. This is the beauty of the community. Hi everyone, Maxim created another proposal based on the feedback on his first: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Design/Whiteboards/4.0_Branding#Proposal_by_Maxim_Dar.C3.A1k . I think if enough people are paticipating in the vote for the new proposal, be it by up- or down-voting, it shouldn't really be any problem, or? Should I really ask members to make a full vote again including this proposal or do we handle it differently?
