Happens for me with or without Compiz activated. Also Nautilus refuses to open windows on Screen 1 (they always open on Screen 0) Beginning to regret having upgraded to Intrepid. botticchio, your problem happened for me using the 177 nvidia-drivers. Using Intrepid RC, separate X screen, opening a place on 2nd screen results in folder opening on 1st.
