This crap is also done by Alice/O2 instead of NXDOMAIN and probably
other ISPs. You can and should turn this off in T-Home Kundencenter.
This is what I did years ago.

Done so...

Re: maven site - Page Not Found

2014-06-28 Thread Jason van Zyl
I can fix that later. It appears to be a mismatch between what versions are
listed in the POM vs what versions have directories with release notes. Again
this is only an issue because we don't have a single input for a release, we
have information splayed all over the place. I'll have it all fixed up later
next week once I figure out how to get macros and tools working.

Re: maven site - Page Not Found

2014-06-28 Thread Jason van Zyl
Try it now, it's deployed and most of the links are restored. If there are
links to the aggregated 2.x or 3.x release notes I can put them back, but for
now I just aggregated them all together.

Ideally I would like a single document for a release and then the rest should
be taken care of for me. I can not find an easy way to use custom velocity
macros in the site plugin, or a way to add custom tools. Adding velocity macros
or configuring tools doesn't looked exposed from Doxia? Is it?

Re: [VOTE] Release Apache Maven Reporting Exec version 1.2

2014-06-28 Thread Karl Heinz Marbaise

Hi,

+1 (non-binding) from me...

Unpacked checked SHA1 sum Ok.
Web Site looks good.

Tested with this:

mvn clean verify

by using the following Maven versions:

3.2.2, 3.2.1, 3.1.1, 3.1.0, 3.0.5, 2.2.1 without any problems.

Kind regards

Re: [VOTE] Release Apache Doxia base and Site Tools version 1.6

2014-06-28 Thread Karl Heinz Marbaise

Hi,

so after Hervé and I identified the problem of the failing test which is
caused by my ISP (Deutsche Telekom ;-)) which shows me a nice HTML page
instead of simply failing the request to an unknown page(dns failure).

We have discussed and decided to document that beheviour and try to
stabilize the test for this special circumstance within the next release
(may be by using Mocks or whatever).

So i change my -1 into +1 (non binding) for this release...

Kind regards

[VOTE][CANCELED] Release Apache Maven Invoker Plugin version 1.8.1

2014-06-28 Thread Karl Heinz Marbaise

Hi,

based on the suggestions and good reasons i cancel that vote, cause it
has more new features than bugs and so it makes more sense to give it
1.9 instead of 1.8.1..

Re: [VOTE] Release Apache Doxia base and Site Tools version 1.6

2014-06-28 Thread Hervé BOUTEMY
yes, this is the start of the release train that will end with maven-site-
plugin 3.4

the train is quite long:
- Doxia base + Site Tools
- doxia-tools parent + doxia-integration-tools (which needs the previous
release)
- shared/maven-reporting-exec
and only after that, maven-site-plugin 3.4...

Regards,

Hervé

It's up to you as the release manager. But I would prefer it to be v1.9.

Please remember that there are links in the Readme file of the distro as
well! Those should continue to work for released releases.

Are you going to release the site plugin as well with this new changes?

Sounds more as a version 1.9 to me than a bug fix. It contains new features
