Renaming xwork package
I can't find the original email thread, but I remember the question. My answer for 2.2 is: no. The package should not be named to org.apache.struts2.xwork until 3.0. Renaming packages would cause grief in your upgrade path since a point release should not kill compatibility. - To unsubscribe, e-mail: dev-unsubscr...@struts.apache.org For additional commands, e-mail: dev-h...@struts.apache.org
Re: [VOTE] Release Struts 2 Maven Archetypes v2.1.8.1
Where are we on this? Lukasz, are you going to be able to kick off a new vote after we have all of the proper artifacts in place? -- Martin Cooper On Wed, Jan 6, 2010 at 2:38 AM, Lukasz Lenart lukasz.len...@googlemail.com wrote: 2010/1/6 Frans Thamura fr...@meruvian.org: Lukasz, can u share, where is the source code of your archetype? so we can see the source I have a local copy of archetypes, the clean copy that was used for release. I didn't clean it up after all, so I was able to generate all missing files. I can compress it and put on my web side if you wish. Struts announcements page
I've just noticed that our announcements page is showing only the most recent release. It's supposed to be a news-like or blog-like page, on which new releases or other notable happenings are added at the top as they occur. Basically, everything from 2009 is missing right now except for the 2.1.8.1 release. (There are separate pages for prior years.) It would be nice if we could resurrect this. -- Martin Cooper - To unsubscribe, e-mail: dev-unsubscr...@struts.apache.org For additional commands, e-mail: dev-h...@struts.apache.org
