I like to have access. The server parameters sounds good. But do you think a tomcat is good? If we like to run all Showcases we need a full JEE Stack for the Struts2 CDI Showcase. Redesign for Struts Showcase
What you all think about a redesign of the Struts2 Showcase for next Version? The current Showcase looks a little bit outdated. BUT IT'S SO BEAUTIFULZ! I think it's awesome; I like it. I've also wondered if we should add some additional small, complete apps (particularly a Spring one) and try to highlight some compelling functionality, or ways S2 can be twisted to suit a particular purpose. Linking showcase/demo apps to the wiki would also be pretty cool, or deploy the apps somewhere and display them on an inner frame on a wiki page that documents it, or... I love being able to navigate in a tightly-integrated way, I'm just not sure how doable it is since we don't have complete infrastructural control. But the demo looks really, really good. Take a look at configuration..menu items for tags such as If , Iterator and Date seem to parrot the action menu item action-index.html Personally I like the current 'all on one page' style so you dont have to bounce to different pages to see backing-bean, jsp, explanation, OGNL example and rendered-view what happened to the dojo-plugin?
