I can send you an optomized, 64-bit 4.3.2 JSS.dll compiled against NSS 
3.12.7 and built using Visual Studio 2010 so it depends on the Microsoft 
VC 2010 runtime.  The jar you can get from the mozilla.org as you can 
use the same Jar on any architecture.  Let me know if you are interested.

Again, you'll probably need to have the MS C runtime 2010 installed for 
this to work.  And it should work at least back to WinXP, but not sure 
about anything before that.
