I finally built 4.4 for rawhide. We already had back-ported zstd, but this gives us reproducible builds and a few other things.

I'm noting this here, because squashfs-tools is used for some important stuff and in the case it breaks something I wanted people to know that it might be due to this update. I did run the squash / unsquash tests successfully, so I'm not expecting anything to break.

I'm currently not planning on doing builds for f31 or f32. But will consider it if there is demand.
