At one time a couple of years ago we did this in my district with little web cams through MSN instant messenger. I think you can do it through AOL instant messenger too. However, I'm not sure if instant messenger software is blocked in your schools. It is now in ours but I got a special account from our techies to use for this when we did it. Also we only did 2 connections at once, so I'm not sure if these support multiple connections at the same time.
