Responsibilities:

* Designing, developing, and maintaining advanced cyber software for
  Linux Operating systems using low level system interfaces

* Working with customers on technical issues including software system
  design and maintenance.

* Working closely with other R teams, Product Management, QA, and
  Sales Engineers on developing and testing new features, system
  integration, design and integration of interfaces with other
  components and 3rd party products.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field or IDF
  technology unit relevant experience

* Ability to work individually and collaborate with multiple engineering
  teams

* Creative problem solving and analysis skills

* Knowledge and experience with:

  - Python development

  - Malware research and reverse engineering

  - Understanding Linux or Windows internals

  - Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts and major
protocols

הרשות לא מחזיקה מניות ואילו היא יכולה להכניס כל מיני התניות, למשל שאם החברה
מתפרקת והתמורה עבור הקניין הרוחני היא פחות מהשקעת המדען אז במקום למכור
ולצמצם במקצת הפסדים יש לשחרר כתוכנה חופשית.

אני לא חושב שהרשות תתלהב מלהוסיף תנאי מסוג זה, למרות שאני חושב שהוא ראוי.

עם זאת, נקודה 2 דורשת מחשבה נוספת.

יש הרבה בעיות עם ההצעה הזו אם לא יילקחו בחשבון שיקולים נוספים:

א. תוכנה שמתממשקת עם תוכנה קניינית שבאה עם דרישות לשמירת סודיות של
הממשק.
ב. מתחרים מנוולים, שיודעים על התנאי, יפגעו בחברה בכוונה תחילה כדי לקבל
את התוכנה שלה.
ג. מה עם פטנטים שצריך עבורם רשיונות בשביל להשתמש בתוכנה?
ד. מה אם המייסדים רוצים לנסות עוד פעם בחברה אחרת (אחרי pivot
גדול) וצריכים את התוכנה הזו שתישאר קניינית?
ה. מוניטין: אם התוכנה נכתבה בצורה גרועה וזה מה שהכשיל את החברה? (יכול
להיות גם פלוס, יכריח את היזמים לפקוח עין על איכות התוכנה)

אם נלך על תמרוץ במקום על חיוב, איזה הטבות אפשר לתת ליזמים כדי לעודד אותם
לשחרר תוכנה במקרה של כשלון?
