[libreoffice-documentation] Deleting Impress Tables
Hello I am puzzled at the moment so can someone answer this question. How do you delete a table in Impress? I am updating the Impress Guide and there are no instructions on how to delete a table. At the moment I cannot find a way to delete a table in the Impress software. Cut a table - yes, but not delete. I am talking about an Impress table on a slide and not one embedded into a slide from Calc or Writer. If you insert a table into a slide, there are two ways to delete it. 1) Select an entire row of the table (all the columns of the row are highlighted). Right click any of the rows of that row. Select Column Delete in the context menu. 2) Select an entire column of the table (all the rows of the column are highlighted). Right click any of the rows of that column. Select Row Delete in the context menu. You can delete a table from a Writer document using this same procedure. --Dan -- Unsubscribe instructions: E-mail to documentation+h...@global.libreoffice.org Problems? http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/how-to-unsubscribe/ Posting guidelines + more: http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Netiquette List archive: http://listarchives.libreoffice.org/global/documentation/ All messages sent to this list will be publicly archived and cannot be deleted

What's the functional difference between cut and delete? --Jean -- Unsubscribe instructions: E-mail to documentation+h...@global.libreoffice.org Problems? http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/how-to-unsubscribe/ Posting guidelines + more: http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Netiquette List archive: http://listarchives.libreoffice.org/global/documentation/ All messages sent to this list will be publicly archived and cannot be deleted
