No idea, `dictionarypop (or :? on mine) test` works ok :). But the
dictionary XML service I coded it to seems to have lots of holes. Not sure
if they were there originally or not (e.g. "sparse" too)...It went through
some sort of owner change. I adapted dp to load normal sites like
dictionary.com too with "anypop" but I only posted an early test version
of it to the devel list.

Yeah I didn't write the regexp extra-junk-removal bit so it's a little
harder for me to debug that... only happens on errors. hmm. Will take a
look.

Thanks for figuring out, and doing the release Kim!

Thad

Honestly, I have no idea how DictionaryPop works, I'm just glad I managed to
build the release...
Maybe Thad (who wrote it) can fill in some gaps...

It does seem strange.

Best wishes,
Kim

[DQSD-Users] dictionarypop feedback

2004-01-12 Thread Tom Corcoran
Hi Kim,

I'm wondering why "dictionarypop innocuous" finds nothing?

Note, there is a spare '<' in the popup message window towards the bottom.

Cheers - Tom.
