[Dri-devel] Continuing 3dfx Voodoo 3 3000 drivers

I've a 3dfx Voodoo 3 3000 board and I want to
continue the driver for it, and update it. I like to
develop in assembly, so I think it will not be a too
hard task to do it.

Good, get the documentation available online (google for voodoo3.pdf)
and check the tracker for existing bugs against it that you could help
address.

You can implement platform-specific optimizations in assembly, but
please make sure they are clearly #ifdef i386 or something similar, and
that equivalent C implementations are available.  All the world's not a
386, especially with hardware who are implemented in PCI form.
