Hello, we would like to customize the top news according to the selected language, but unfortunately this works only for the German language. All the others are using the same news-top.html, even after I tried creating specific language files for this html (adding _en, _ro to the end). Any ideas what could be the problem? I still searching for a solution for this: The OAI page works when using dspacelink/oai/request?verb=Identify but every link on that page points to the inner network ip not the hostname. Tried modifying the oai.cfg, but nothing changed. Any ideas? Can it be possible that Dspace does not use the settings from dspace.cfg but from somewhere else? Any ideea would be greatly appreciated! Hello, could someone please help me with a problem with the identifier links? We just upgraded from 1.7 version Dspace to 4.1. In the old one we had identifiers like this: dspaceurl/handle/12345/123 Now they include also the ui name in the link: dspaceurl/jspui/handle/12345/123 Tried every combination, set the handle canonical prefix, even deleted the /jspui part from the base.url but nothing worked. +1 The OAI page works when using dspacelink/oai/request?verb=Identify but every link on that page points to the inner network ip not the hostname. Hi. I would like to kindly ask for your help regarding a couple of problems importing metadata from Dspace in Worldcat. We organized our collection of periodicals in the following way: the titles are sub-communities, the years are collections and the issues are items. This way issues can be easily found in our digital library page but when we tried to import the metadata through OAI-PHM in Worldcat, all the sub-communities, collections became collections there... Every year is a separate collection and we can not recognize which year-collection to which periodical belongs... And every issue is a separate item in Worldcat... Does anyone have experience with Worldcat? We would be very grateful if you could share some ideas how to arrange our periodical collection so that we could get a better view in Worldcat and not to destroy our DSpace collections... [Dspace-tech] Handle server
Hi. A couple of month ago a have read a solution here on the list for changing the handle server for the items already submited to DSpace. A have searched the list and the internet and I could not find the message again. Could anyone please tell me how to do this? We changed the server settings in the configuration so all new items are submitted with the new link, but we would like to change it for the old ones too. Any help would be greatly appreciated! B. [Dspace-tech] Patch dsapce
Hi. I would like to apply the following patch to our Dspace installation: https://jira.duraspace.org/browse/DS-842 Is it possible to do this to the 1.7.2 version?
