Hello Sisay,
your customized input form will be used during the complete ingestion
process for submitters and reviewers alike.
You can customize fields in the form, so they are only visible either
during the workflow or the submission by setting the visibility of a
field. The values are workflow or submit.
e.g a field visible only during the workflow:

We are using dspace 1.8.2 using xmlui version.
I have done a custome submissions with in a particular collection with
few(5) fields.
This helps submiters to save their time and effors and I have another group
of people
assigned at workflow level 2 who can edit and clean the data submited through
that particular collection.
How ever the editors have the option of uisng only these 5 fileds and they
coudn't get the default submssion fileds of dspace
Can anybody have an advice on this
