[DX-NEWS] THIS IS THE WAY IT WAS
This is the way it happened without the "COWBOY CHARLIE HARPOLE" trying to steal the THUNDER from the VU4 crew at ANDAMAN ISLAND. It is hard to fathom a person like that trying to take it away from the deserving. One thing that is most prized about this particular reflector is that we seem to get along very nicely without the nasty snide remarks. As stated befor, Charly kept the subscribers on this reflector up to date on the going on on VU4. I read them just like everyone else and can't figure out why the poster had to do it his way!!??!! The stated potshot is more deserving somewhere else and that being said, especially in light that this wasn't new but someone's attempt to start a flame war, in deference to the rules established in 1998 governing this very topic, the thread is done, period end of sentence. This is my personal thoughts on this matter KF2TI-They call me Steve, administrator of this reflector. I have also had trouble with QSL cards, but worked them in December 2003 on RTTY and got card for that QSO, plus other older QSOs requested in the same envelope, from past QSOs where card went unanswered. 73 - Jim AD1C -- Jim Reisert AD1C, 7 Charlemont Court, North Chelmsford, MA 01863 USA +978-251-9933, [EMAIL PROTECTED], http://www.ad1c.com -- Archives http://www.mail-archive.com/dx-news@njdxa.org THE DXR is sponsored by the North Jersey DX Association.
