Attention Dayton attendees - Two forums have changed locations and
will be held in the Van Cleve Ballroom of the Crowne Plaza Hotel in
downtown Dayton on Saturday.  The Antenna Forum, chaired by K3LR, Tim
Duffy, will run from 1200PM to 230PM and the Contesting Forum, with 
MC K1DG, Doug Grant, will take place from 2:30PM to 5:00PM

 Dayton DX Dinner and DX Forum

The program has been set for the 20th Annual DX dinner held during
Hamvention at Dayton.  The program title is: FT5XO - Not Your 
Regular DXpedition and it will be presented by W3WL, Wes, and other 
members of the FT5XO operation.  In addition, CQ Magazine's 2005 DX 
Hall of Fame presentation is on the agenda.  They plan to have the 
usual array of door prizes, with two of them worth $1000.00 or more!  
There are a few seats available and if you want to join the evening's 
activities, tickets are on a first come, first served basis.  The 
dinner will be Friday evening, May 20, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel.  
Seats are $32.00 per meal, payable in US funds to SWODXA, and may be 
ordered from K4ZLE, Jay Slough, at his CBA. SASE would be 
appreciated.  Prior to ordering, it is suggested that you
contact Jay at [EMAIL PROTECTED] to be sure there will be a seat 
reserved for you.

The DX Forum will be sponsored by the SouthWest Ohio DX Association
and moderated by K4ZLE, Jay Slough.

AC8G, Harry Flasher - 1989 KP5 DXpedition
W8OI, Garry Ritchie - Current KP1-KP5 activation efforts

Additionally, on Friday and Saturday, please come up to the Jimmy 
Doolittle Suite, 12th Floor, Crowne Plaza (7pm-??) and visit one of 
the oldest, continously run hospitality suites, sponsored by the 
North Jersey DX AssociationMeet some of the guys and gals that 
you've talked to over the years..heck..meet me (Steve).  Mentione the 
secret word (Swordfish) and I'll even buy you a drink ;-)

And don;t forget, the 3 Steve's will be mobile Dayton Thursday May 19 
from 00:00 utc till however long it takes to drive.  We will start 
out on 20 meters (14.200 +/-), work 80(3.800 +/-) through the night 
and go to 40 (not sure yet) at 11 utc.

We will be moving around, so half the fun is finding us.  A beautiful 
multi-colored certificate (suitable for framing) is yours for working 
us during this once a year special event.
