This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by
the OPDX Bulletin, The Daily DX, 425DXnews, DXNL, WA7BNM and Contest
Corral from QST.  Thanks to all.

ITU HQ, 4UxxITU.  ITU headquarter station 4U1ITU may be active
during the 2003 World Radiocommunication Conference meetings.
Special callsign 4U1WRC is active from here as well.  For either
callsign, QSL via operators' instructions.

TIMOR-LESTE, 4W.  Thor, 4W3DX has been QRV using CW on 20 meters
between 1200 and 1230z.  QSL via TF3MM.
   
CROATIA, 9A.  Special event call 9A0PAX is active until June 30 to
celebrate the pastoral visit of Pope John Paul II.  QSL via 9A7K.

GERMANY, DL.  Volker, DL1WH is active as DF0MF from the Lightship
Amrumbank, ARLHS FED-012, in Emden until June 17.  QSL via DL1BIZ.

KYRGYZSTAN, EX.  Valery, EX0V has been QRV using RTTY on 20 meters
around z.  QSL via N6FF.

FRANCE, F.  Jacques, F6HMJ and Andre, F6AOI will be active as TM3OR
from Ile d'Or, IOTA EU-070, from June 13 to 15.  QSL via F6HMJ.

OGASAWARA, JD1.  To commemorate the islands' reversion to Japanese
control, special event station JD1YAB is QRV on 80 to 2 meters using
CW, SSB, RTTY and SSTV.  This includes activity on the AO-10 and
UO-14 satellites.  QSL via JA1MRM.

WAKE ISLAND, KH9.  Chuck, KH9/N4BQW will be here for about 5 weeks.
He has been QRV on 20 meters around 1200z.  QSL via KB6NAN.
   
NORWAY, LA.  Ulla, LA/DF6QP and Walter, LA/DL8JS are QRV active from
the Lofoten and Vesteralen Islands, IOTA EU-076 and EU-033,
respectively, until June 20.  They are normally active on 20 meters
during their evening hours.  QSL via operators' instructions.

PAPUA NEW GUINEA, P2.  P29KM has been QRV on 12 meters around 1020
to 1100z and 17 meters around 2100z.
 
TUVALU, T2.  Mike, KM9D and Janet, KF4TUG are QRV as T21MY and T2YL,
respectively, from Funafuti, IOTA OC-015.  Activity is on all bands
using CW and SSB.  QSL both calls via OM2SA.
  
CANADA, VE.  Nenad, VE3EXY will be active as CK2/VE3EXY/p from
Orleans Island, IOTA NA-128, from June 13 to 15.  He will use CW,
SSB and mostly RTTY, with an entry on 20, 15 and 10 meters during
the ANARTS RTTY contest. QSL to home call.
  
LAOS, XW.  Champ, E21EIC, is QRV as XW1IC until June 27.  He has
been active on 6 meters around 1000 to 1700z.  He has also been
active on 20 meters using CW and SSB and 17 meters using RTTY.  QSL
to home call.

ASCENSION ISLAND, ZD8.  ZD8DB has been QRV using RTTY on 15 meters
around 1700 to 1800z and then around 2100z.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The ARRL June VHF QSO Party, Portugal
Day Contest, ANARTS WW RTTY Contest, WW South America CW Contest and
the Asia-Pacific SSB Sprint are all scheduled for this weekend.

NEPAL, 9N.  Lawrence, 9N7RB has been QRV on 15 meters between 0030
and 0130z.  QSL via W4FOA.

BURUNDI, 9U.  Christian, 9U5A has been QRV on 20 meters just after
2000z.  He has also been active on 17 meters around 2100z.
Documentation has not been received for this operation.  QSL via
operator's instructions.

PAKISTAN, AP.  Willy, AP2AUM has been QRV on 15 meters around 1130z,
and then 20 meters around 1400z.  QSL via KK5DO.

PHILIPPINES, DU.  In celebration of the 70th anniversary of the
Philippines Amateur Radio Association, Philippine stations may use
special prefixes 4D70, and DZ70 for clubs, through the end of 2002.

SCOTLAND, GM.  Jim, MM0BQI will be QRV as GB5SI from June 7 to 10
from Tanera Mor, Summer Isles, IOTA EU-092.  Activity will be on 80
to 6 meters, using CW, SSB, RTTY and PSK31.  He will also be active
in the RSGB Jubilee and ANARTS RTTY contests.  QSL to home call.

JAPAN, JA.  Aru, JA0KNM, Kaoru, JA3MCA, Jun, JJ1EQW and Taka, JE3NJZ
are QRV as homecalls/JR6  from Iriomote, IOTA AS-024, in the Yaeyama
Islands, until June 10.  Activity is on 40 to 6 meters using CW and
SSB.  QSL to home calls.

SOUTH ORKNEY ISLAND.  Jose, LU1ZA has been QRV on 12 meters CW
around 1630z.  He is also using SSB and RTTY.  QSL via LU2CN.

MARKET REEF, OJ0.  A group of seven Finnish operators are QRV until
June 10 as OJ0VR on CW and 6 meters, and OJ0U using SSB.  Activity
is on 80 to 6 meters.  QSL via OH1VR.

ANTARCTICA.  Wally, RU1ZC, is QRV from the Mirny Station as R1ANZ.
He is generally active most days on 20 meters around 1500z.  QSL via
operator's instructions.

SAO TOME, S9.  Charles, S9SS and Lesley, S9YL are QRV on all HF
bands as time permits.  QSL both calls via N4JR.

DODECANESE, SV5.  Alessandro, HB9DTA is QRV from Rhodes, IOTA
EU-001, until June 14 as SV5/HB9DTA/p.  Activity is on the 40 and 20
meter QRP frequencies.  QSL to home call.

WEST KIRIBATI, T30.  Steve, T30ED has been QRV on 20 meters CW and
SSB around 1000z.  QSL via 3D2SJ.

TURKEY, TA.  TA2RC, TA2MW and TA2LE are QRV from Kefken Island, IOTA
AS-159, as TA0/homecalls.  Activity is during the weekends
throughout August.  QSL via bureau.

AFGHANISTAN, YA.  Chris, G0TQJ, is QRV as YA/G0TQJ from Kabul until
the end of July.  QSL to home call.

UK SOVEREIGN BASE AREAS ON CYPRUS, ZC4.  Look for the Eastern
Sovereign base to use the prefix ZC40 and the Western Sovereign base
will use the prefix ZC41 during the month of June.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The ARRL June VHF QSO Party, The ANARTS
WW RTTY Contest, Portugal Day Contest, WW South American CW Contest,
RSGB Jubilee Contest and the Asia-Pacific SSB Sprint are all
