[Dx4win] Second Sound Card for PSK31

My understanding is that:

-1  = default Windows soundcard
 0  = first soundcard
 1  = second soundcard
... etc.

I know one can do exactly what you want to do, because I did it.  That computer
is still in the box since moving, however.

This is the way other Windows apps. designate the soundcard(s)

I think Default in DX4WIN corresponds to the -1 setting.
